Ambiance and finishes
I loved the entire experience. Didn’t think I’d enjoy it as much but I totally look forward to coming back. My only hiccup from today’s visit is the room could have been cleaned better. I found finger prints all over the sauna door before me even entering. There was also strands of hair on sauna floor & on the shower walls. To be fair, I did housekeeping many years ago so I have a trained eye. Other than that, 10/10 recommend and excited for my next session.

The staff was very kind and took the time to explain everything. It was our first session and we didn't feel like it was pushy or sales-pitchy when we were done which we really appreciated. The facility was clean and modern and it was just a great experience overall. My only feedback would be to include the appointment time in the confirmation email as I booked my appointment and then my ADHD brain forgot what time I booked and didn't have it in my email to refer back to. Otherwise, a 10/10 experience!

I liked absolutely everything, but one of the things I liked the most was the service at the entrance, because I was greeted in a very friendly manner, and that speaks very well of the place
In fact, they gave me a $45 discount for the next time I go, which is already applied, but they didn't give me a receipt, but I trust you guys anyway
Very comfortable atmosphere! I was looking forward to the sauna and cold plunge but didn’t expect the nice shower and entertainment center so I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was very relaxing.

The spa was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful experience.
The only downfall was the floors in the spa room was extremely slippery
The environment was nice and ambient. Calming and sleek. I enjoyed the extra supplies such as makeup wipes, hair ties, etc. Very inclusive and thoughtful.
The staff were great! Very kind and personable :) Loved being able to sit in the infrared sauna on a very chilly day :D
