I always have a good experience, the staff is always helpful and ready to assist.
I’m very been doing cold plunges for over 3 years now but the combo of sauna and plunge was very relaxing and exhilarating at the same time.
The sauna was something new for me overall and really made me feel very comfortable and relaxed by the time my session was over.
the tour and explanation of all the amenities were detailed and helpful. i appreciate that the staff weren’t overly pushy with selling the membership to me- though i’d already planned to buy one soon anyway.
Everything! The sauna, the shower, the tub. The only thing I would have wanted is to be able to change the image on the TV.
