My girlfriend and I were celebrating an anniversary and this was a very spontaneous drop in session we did. It couldn’t have been easyier to sign up and there was plenty of times available. The front desk was super friendly. We will definitely be coming back.
The staff was friendly and great. The first session was amazing. I wish there were a massage area where we can get those done too and have it as one package for a reasonable price. That would be awesome and convenient.

The check-in experience was easy, even when adding me to my husband’s booking. The room was clean and ready for use. Plenty of towels were provided for both of us.
I enjoyed every part of my experience! I’ve been working out at HOTWORX so I’m used to the infrared sauna but I liked how this one got up to 175°. I put it all the way up my first time in as I was already established to the 130° from HOTWORX. But it felt good just to sit in there and not work out this time haha. I played soundbath music on my speaker and it was very relaxing. Next I went into the cold plunge and I was pretty proud of myself as this was my first time. I had a timer set for five minutes and it ended up taking me the whole five minutes to get my body fully submerged. I got out and turned the alarm off and got back in and sat in for another two minutes. I did box breathing to help my body and mind relax going in. The vitamin C infused shower was a nice touch at the end. It made everything come full circle with a nice cleanse. Overall, I really liked it and I’m excited to come back!
