Greeted by a friendly receptionist who gave me a tour. Loved having my own private suite. Sauna was hot enough when I arrived so I didn’t have to wait for it. Everything was clean and in good working order.

It was a unique way to relax and at the same time invigorate..Having a private room was very nice and not your usual group sauna experience. The private rooms were very clean and well appointed with towels, shampoo, body wash etc. The studio was quiet. The staff was very welcoming and spent time to introduce us to the process.

SWTHZ was a perfect gift for my best friend! It was so nice to reset and catch up in a private but productive space! All of the employees were so helpful guiding us through the facility and informing me and my guest about contrast therapy! I would highly recommend going and I will definitely be back soon!
