It was a perfect experience that combined relations and exhilaration. After 20 minutes of meditative relation in the sauna and a cleansing shower, the cold plunge was absolutely invigorating. I felt a clean and natural endorphin release that lasted through the day.

I came with a group and we were able to fit three people in one room and two in another. The host was very helpful and clear in her directions. She walked into the room with us and explained how the appliances worked.

Everything. The lady who helped us was very professional, caring and loving individual. The venue was clean with, the sauna , shower and ice bath was amazing. Although my Bluetooth wouldnt play for sone reason but that was more user error than anything else. Overall it. I posted it to my social media and a lot of my co workers and friends want to try it so I walked them through on how to sign up so you guys should have a lot of business coming your way soon. Great experience, I will be back. Thanks

The staff were very nice, place was clean and I enjoyed the sauna-shower-plunge experience. One thing by I would change is the YouTube tv ads during the relaxing meditation music which were quite startling. Overall a great experience.
The clerk was very helpful and accommodating. We were trying to squeeze in a session after our Spartan race, and she made it work! I’m eternally thankful for her support.

I've been a customer for a bit; great facility and experience. it's clean, organized, and the staff are super polite, helpful, and friendly, while also discrete. Given that I've been going within months of the opening at that location, a few comments that may be helpful:
--maintenance: a couple of the rooms have wobbly sauna glass door handles by now. It's been an issue for a few months. Easily fixable with an Allen wrench in a couple of minutes.
--inside the sauna there is dust within the wooden plank spaces around the walls. Also some noticeable dirt and dust on the floor and heaters. A deep clean might be a good idea maybe around once every six months or so.
--similarly, some signs inside the rooms are wobbly or misplaced. easy to fix, just give a bad impression if left unattended.
--would be helpful to have the step for the tub in all rooms
--in some rooms the ceiling light in the sauna has some of the small wooden pieces broken and should be replaced at some point
Still 10/10 experience, just some notes for further improvement on the maintenance side.

It felt very luxurious with the updated design of the room. The small tv, timer, and towels were extremely helpful. All of the staff were extremely friendly and showed their excitement about the product / service they were selling.
The cold plunge and great reception but the sauna was not hot enough maybe I preheat it next time

Loved that everything was in a suite and not shared with others. The privacy was great. We were allowed to do our own thing and move at our own pace within the hour. The place was very clean and we were supplied with things that we may need like hair products and refill our waters with flavors and electrolytes.
