I really like the rooms, they had a nice modern feel to them, everything was clean and organized! Overall, it was a good experience and felt refreshed after this first round!
The facility was quiet, calming, and clean. I loved having a nice place to do contrast therapy. The flavored/enhanced waters were nice. I love that towels are provided as well as a hair/makeup station to do after the session. Staff was very friendly and professional.

I liked everything! I appreciated the private rooms, tv for some distraction in the sauna and the hair drying/styling station at the end.
It was so peaceful and relaxing! You have thought of everything for amenities. I enjoyed the privacy of the suite and having the option to move between the sauna, the plunge pool and the shower. I would recommend adjusting the temperature of each suite as I cooled off quickly or allowing each client to set to a comfortable temp. I would also suggest keeping a smaller cooler with cool towels available in each suite to refresh towel as it warmed up quickly.
