This was my first time to SweatHouz. Kylie greeted me and my husband, got us checked in, and explained the process. We both enjoyed the experience and felt rejuvenated after it. My husband didn't love the cold plunge experience because he said the water was too cold. 🤣 Overall, it was a great experience and we'll visit again.

When I first walked in, I was greeted warmly by the two front desk associates. They both seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made me happy to be there too! They showed me around and gave a great tour and I was very impressed by the room itself, which felt like my own private oasis. The sauna was incredible, and I left feeling recharged and refreshed! I’m excited to go back!

The girl who checked me and was amazing, everything was clean. The temperatures were perfect, all of my amenities were there. I always have a great experience when I come there I have fibromyalgia and it reduces my pain.
