I felt great after. it was both relaxing and energizing. Room felt super clean. My only complaint is the music options on the screen have commercials. So I have spa music playing and am relaxed, then there are ads that are loud. Not sweathouse's content of course, but I would like to see more ad free music

The staff was super helpful and nice, gave me a full tour and recommended how to best use the time and space. The staff member also helped me get the tv on something relaxing to give the best experience. After the session, they were supportive in answering all questions and were not pushy at all. I can’t wait to go back!

I loved the privacy, the cleanliness, and the relaxing atmosphere. Everything I needed was provided from towels, temperature controls, a timer, and access to a tv which was set relaxed scenery that further encouraged my rejuvenation and peace. The sauna was amazing, the shower was refreshing, and the cold plunge was difficult and a shock but with good breathing and slowness, I was able to fully immerse for 5 minutes and just feel. And the sauna that I returns to after the plunge felt even more comforting after that plunge. My second plunge for the day was easier to get into. Absolutely loved this experience!
