I always have a great time whenever I come to SweatHouz. I love the private suites. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I have had zero issues while there. Sometimes things are booked up, but that’s because it’s popular and everybody wants to do it.

The private rooms are a luxury and allow for the IR sauna, cold plunge, and shower in one private room. We like the cold eucalyptus wash cloths and wet bags. I also use the beauty station and appreciate that being available. The staff are great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff always make us feel welcome, make sure we have what we need, and truly want us to have a great experience.
All of that is great and is why we return. However, there are a lot of mechanical issues we run into such as: the cold plunge not circulating or able to maintain temperature below 60 degrees (suite 6 specifically), Bluetooth not working in the sauna (staff can usually fix this if we catch it at the beginning), shower handles loose or falling off, no hooks in rooms to hang bags or coats, loose sauna door handles, and slippery suite floors and shower floors. The suite floor gets wet and slippery walking between the plunge and sauna ( consider a mat or extra towel for the floor). The shower floors are slippery possibly due to soap usage by previous user or just the nature of the tile.
For your consideration, we would like to be able to book longer sessions, like an hour and a half, to enjoy the sauna for longer and a hand held shower attachment would be amazing so I can better avoid getting my hair wet. Thank you! And big kudos and thanks to the West Chester VOA staff!!

Love the sauna & vitamin shower experience but the cold plunge was too much for me so I passed on that.
