I absolutely love the contrast therapy! It’s my happy place :) the room itself is so clean, large, and welcoming! I also love that there is an area to get ready after…fully equipped with hair dryers, straighteners, etc.

Everything was amazing! Abby at the front desk was extremely helpful in showing me every aspect of the treatment room. I was able to decide how I wanted to spend my hour to fit my needs specifically. The infrared sauna was customizable and the cold plunge was wonderful despite me not usually being able to sit in them for long. The vitamin c shower was calming in between the sauna and cold plunge. Being able to fix my hair and have supplies for after care was the cherry on top. The front desk signed me up for 3 more sessions and gave me guest passes. This will definitely be added to my weekly routine.

Everything. The other night I was like I gotta go to my friends house to get in there Hot-tub… Then I said wait I need to go the the Swthouz. Good decision!
Our room was quiet and private. It was clean and set up nicely for us. All aspects of contrast therapy were reviewed, questions were answered, and all details were explained well. The experience was so relaxing, and we loved having the time to recover together and go at our own pace. We're looking forward to returning again soon!

Ethan is fantastic! I have notes under my account that specify my preferences, sauna at max heat, dim lights,etc. Most of the time they get it right but he especially pays attention and is extremely nice. He's always in the best mood as well.
