Atmosphere was great. The speakers in the sauna didn’t connect well with the TV. It was a bit frustrating.

I liked it all
I really thought the e tie experience was lovely. Very friendly front of the house people. Kareem was knowledgeable and gave a great tour. Everything was clean and I just really enjoyed it. I only plunged a bit in the cold but we start somewhere and I was very pleased. Already scheduled my next visit!
I really enjoy the contrast therapy. I helps me relax. Plus the staff are ALWAYS so warm, welcoming and friendly.

Great facility and wonderful staff
I enjoyed the atmosphere and how friendly the staff were. The room was peaceful and clean. The only downside is that my shower was very hot

Wow. First time doing anything like this. It was wonderful. I really enjoyed it.
It was my first time in a place like that, and the first time I’ve ever done a 50° cold plunge.
I thought it was quite a therapeutic experience, but I recommend that you place instructions in each room on how to control or connect the Bluetooth for audio, and a recommended schedule of what to do and how long to spend in each part of the experience. That would be really helpful for people who are first time visitors like myself.

Always love it here! Tried out the dyson air straight today for the first time too and that was awesome!!
