Number one , I feel great when I’m done. I work out a lot and my body is constantly sore . The heat and cold therapy helps pull the soreness out.
Loved my experience here! The private suite with the cold plunge and the sauna with Bluetooth is such a great experience! Loved the option to change colors and temperature in the sauna! And the vitamin obscured shower afterward was incredible! Will definitely be coming back for more
I like the ability to relax for an hour after work and finding that I get a great night's sleep after the experience.

Polite ans accomodating staff, beautiful facilities
I enjoyed the friendliness of the person who greeted me, showed me the suite and informed me of everything. All 3 elements worked great, however the cold plunge started making a noise which stayed consistent for about 20 minutes of my session which made it difficult to relax.
Staff was unbelievable and very informative!!! Niahm in particular! (I believe that’s how you spell her name, she was working the front desk Monday December 15th 8PM at the hingham studio when I arrived) the place is beyond clean and my whole experience was just overall luxurious and unbelievable!! Can’t wait to make this apart of my routine!!

The customer service! The lady with black hair and glasses (I can’t remember her name) was so amazing, definitely helped elevate the experience and was a huge factor on why we will be getting a membership!
