We LOVE this place. So clean and always ready to go.
I will say 1 hour to change, sauna plunge and change again is never enough time. It’s too rushed and hard to make happen. 1 hour and 10 mins would be fine. Staff is always super helpful and friendly.

The sauna was amazing.
The staff was lovely to speak with. They were very pleasant, easy to talk to, and had good energy. The tv put up outside of the sauna in the suite had it nice to be able to put on Netflix while sitting in the shower. Everything was very clean. The flavored water machine & Dyson hair tools & toiletries tied in the whole experience.

Friendly staff, clean, great quality equipment
Felt clean. Lighting was relaxing. I liked the meditative scene + rainfall sounds on the tv. The front desk person was incredibly helpful and personable

I’ve been a member for almost a year. I started in Venice. So Venice was booked for the time I wanted. So I booked at the Santa Monica Sweat Houz. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly. Got into my suite quickly and everything was iall set up. If you want to feel better all around these treatments are the best thing for you.
