My husband and I had a wonderful experience! Everything was explained very clearly, including how to use the sauna, how long to stay in, and how to do the cold plunge safely. The place was very clean, beautiful, and relaxing. We both felt amazing after the sauna and cold bath sessions. The whole experience was comfortable and well organized, and we would definitely come back again!
