I’ve been visiting sauna + cold plunge places all over the country monthly over the last year or so while traveling. This one is by FAR the best I’ve been to! Such a unique and luxury experience from the welcoming, kind, knowledgeable staff to the pristine facilities and accoutrements. I left feeling so much better than when I arrived - not to mention my hair looked amazing from the great shower products and Dyson airwrap. I can’t wait to return ASAP!

I liked how nice/clean it was. Staff was super cool with explaining the process and recommending amounts of time for hot/cold for the hour. Being able to play music was also cool.
