I had never tried contrast therapy and the friendly staff walked me through it very thoroughly upon arrival. The room and equipment were very clean. The entire experience was so relaxing - I truly felt like it was helping my body relax. I stayed relaxed the rest of the entire day and slept like a rock that night. It was also a mental reset that I hadn’t previously come sidered would happen. Thank you, I plan to return!

Great experience. Been feeling energized all day! Loved the staff and private room experience. There were only two things I would have liked to enhance the experience even more. I wish there was a seat or larger space to set aside my things, the small table in the space really only fit towels. I also wish the blow dry area was in a more private space, I would have used it, but it being in the middle of the main hallway felt intrusive. If there could be a main locker room area that would have made it more useful.

The parking was easy. It was easy to find in the front desk. Staff was friendly. There was someone cleaning the rooms when we got there so it made us feel more clean. Overall great experience.

I forgot how relaxing it was in there. It’s been a while since we’ve been to Sweathouz. I do wish it wasn’t so expensive. But I’m glad we found time to visit. The sauna was really hot which was great. And we cycled through that and the cold plunge twice.
