The staff was very kind and took the time to explain everything. It was our first session and we didn't feel like it was pushy or sales-pitchy when we were done which we really appreciated. The facility was clean and modern and it was just a great experience overall. My only feedback would be to include the appointment time in the confirmation email as I booked my appointment and then my ADHD brain forgot what time I booked and didn't have it in my email to refer back to. Otherwise, a 10/10 experience!

I liked absolutely everything, but one of the things I liked the most was the service at the entrance, because I was greeted in a very friendly manner, and that speaks very well of the place

Very comfortable atmosphere! I was looking forward to the sauna and cold plunge but didn’t expect the nice shower and entertainment center so I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was very relaxing.

The environment was nice and ambient. Calming and sleek. I enjoyed the extra supplies such as makeup wipes, hair ties, etc. Very inclusive and thoughtful.
I loved the private suite! I loved being able to watch tv while in the sauna and hear it. We watched women’s hockey! I loved the little crab in the cold bath. It was so nice to have towels already in the suite and the eucalyptus cold towels! Changing the color of the light in the sauna was fun. The flavored sparkling water was a fantastic touch. Loved that the sauna was dry. I have bad asthma, but was able to sit in there no problem. The girls at the front desk were so nice! And $70 for 60 minutes for two people is an incredible price which made it so accessible to try for the first time.
