The front desk was very welcoming! The space itself was clean and actually a lovely space to be in. I think it’s a really cool opportunity to try something new and see what works with your body with sauna vs. cold plunge. Price wise, it’s a bit steep, but well worth doing every once in a while. Will definitely give it another go! My body felt so awake and grounded afterwards.

Calm, clean, quiet experience. As a fan of saunas it was very enjoyable especially as we are in an area where there are few great sauna experiences.
It was the reset that I needed after a busy several days. The setting is just right, the staff is friendly, and an hour is a perfect amount of time for what I need.
I loved the individuality of it and the serenity! It was so peaceful even being with a friend and such a fun experience!

I love it. However I would like less chlorine in the cold plunge. It really hurt my skin.

Very relaxing, I just wish the essential oil towels were stronger and I was upset that when I jumped in the shower to rinse off It was obvious the shower hadnt been cleaned prior to my appointment
Abby was cheerful, polite, and very thorough given this was my first visit. She listened to my reason for coming in and made recommendations for the eucalyptus cold press and how I should proceed with my experience. I liked the privacy of the suite vs going to a larger sauna or steam room. I also didn’t feel too pressured to immediately join a monthly program, which I appreciate. I’m looking forward to my next visit which will hopefully help me decide if I’d like to continue.
Love the sauna. The 45 degree tub is not fun, but i endeavored to perceiver.
