Very clean facility and staff was great. I would only recommend having more seating and maybe some shelves for your belongings in the room. Some moisturizer would also be great.

The customer service was on point and the tour and explanation of how the facilities work was comprehensive. The esthetics of the suite are nviting and luxurious. The Bluetooth speakers in the sauna produce great quality sound.

This was truly a beautiful and rejuvenating experience. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They took the time to show me around and made sure I felt comfortable and knew how everything worked, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable.
The experience itself created the perfect space for both relaxation and self-reflection. Moving between the heat and the shower allowed me to slow down, reset, and really be present. The cold plunge added a fun personal challenge—seeing how long I could stay in the water pushed me in a positive way and made the whole experience feel even more rewarding.
I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

The whole experience was fantastic.
Definitely a cool experience wishing it was longer all the while enjoying the time .. starting from customer service and learning the experience was nice .. the red light treatment was relaxing also I fell asleep. Will be great any type of weather just for a moment of your time to relax the bones . Definitely wish I had another hr I didn't want to leave . Thanks for the experience will be back

Despite a young staff their level of professionalism and attentiveness is impressive ! They’ve been lovely with my 80 year old dad and the level of cleanliness and quality of the facility are very impressive. We’ll be coming back often!
