Sauna didn’t get hot enough. I set it to 175 immediately and before the 60 minutes were up only reached 158. Staff was great to introduce me to facility. It ignored me after use on way out

Kevin at the front desk was super welcoming. He gave us a very detailed tour of the place. when it comes to the details and the thought that is put into each room we love the eucalyptus washcloths I love that I was able to watch Netflix while being in the sauna the vitamin C shower was so amazing the hand poured products were amazing. I could literally smell the vitamin C as I was taking a shower and then the cold plunge bath was awesome. I loved it. I definitely will give our experience a 10 out of 10. I think it was really cool was there’s Q-tips. There were hair ties. There were shower caps. There was a bag to put your bathing suit in after there was no shortage of towels and then my favorite part was the Hair station after to be able to straighten my hair back before leaving definitely makes this place even more of a 10 out of 10.

Private room is what sold me on the experience with my husband. Once we got there it was a nice surprise for the eucalyptus towels & flavored water options. Tv/wifi for entertainment was a plus too. We purchased package with Olivia so we will be back soon!

Everyone is so friendly. The experience was calming and relaxing. The relief felt in my arm that's affected by a stroke was outstanding. The tension in those muscles was released so much.

It was clean and had everything I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. I liked the sauna, the vitamin c shower and the cold plunge.
