I loved the experience from the minute I entered to the minute I left. It first smelled really good upon entering and I loved the infused water station in the front. Then Tracy took us back to our rooms, explained how it worked and without delay, we were in for relaxation and recovery. The eucalyptus towel was a nice addition and I loved the smell of the soaps in the shower along with the vitamin c infused water. At the end, we used the red light therapy and dyson before heading out. Overall, great experience and I’d recommend to anyone.
Privacy and cleanliness. Absolute awesome place. I just wish sessions were a tad long ever if by 15 minutes.

Very clean suites and everything was top notch.
The staff was super nice and helpful and able to offer advice on dealing with an injury and some inflammation. They gave a tour and explained best practices for using the facilities. Everything was very clean, worked well and had all amenities. I had a great experience!

I love the cold plunge. That was my favorite part, and customer service from staff working that day is the cherry on top.

Always a great experience and appreciate the hustle of the front desk girls. I just will never buy a package because it’s not my thing and I don’t like the pressure of having to use it by certain dates! Plus why complain about me giving more money to the business buying single drop in classes?
