Staff is always friendly, the cleanliness of the overall facility, the water station up front, the scented face towel.

Suite 6 tv speakers are busted and sound really awful, would appreciate having that TV replaced or fixed :) I love doing group sessions and listening to Lofi or nature sounds…it didn’t sound very naturey lol!

Kylie and Eliana helped us out and they were fantastic! They explained everything and provided us with excellent customer service. We really enjoyed our hour here and wish it was longer because we felt so relaxed after. I especially loved that after I was done with the sauna and cold plunge, I was able to wash my hair and body with an amazing smelling product. I can’t wait to be back. Especially since we signed up for a pass!
