I always enjoy my sessions at Sweathouz. The staff is great and the suites are always ready and set up for me. I'm there at least two times a week and it is sometimes a highlight of an otherwise busy and chaotic day.

I love SweatHouz! Sometimes there are issues that I wish they’d inform me of prior to arriving for my appointment. For example, the air conditioning was not working yesterday. Making it so that I couldn’t dry my hair without sweating profusely. The room I occupied was literally 99 degrees. Sometimes the tub is broken and not really cold. These things happen but a heads up would be nice. At the Ballston location, where you dry your hair, there is no place to put your belongings, so everything is on the floor. I have been to a few locations and the model is one, single stall bathroom. Why? Anyway, I’ve complained, but I do really like SweatHouz.

The sauna was great!!!! The highlight was finishing with the cold plunge, it made me and my wife feel great! Body felt loose and relaxed.
