I really enjoy all my sessions and they have really help with my arthritis. I wish I could afford to do it more often. The only issue is in some sauna rooms the count down clock is not visible when you are in the cold plunge so it can be difficult to keep track of your time. Some of the clocks get obscured by the tv screen when you are in the plunge.

I like the cleanliness of the facility and the staff is always very welcoming. My only complaint is lack of good water pressure which causes showers to take longer than need be which does eat away at the time since extra time is needed to ensure all soap has been washed off.
I was impressed by the features and amenities of the facility. I don’t know anywhere else that offers the combination of sauna & cold tub with vitamin c shower. It was so peaceful and thoughtful. Even the walls were serene.

Clean, easy process.
Staff is absolutely amazing. I was amazed at the professionalism of such a young group of individuals. But it’s a new day out here so I enjoyed my time. The private rooms were also a huge plus & extremely clean which is a big one for me. We’ll be back next weekend.
