The person at the front desk, Jake, was friendly and helpful. He explained the facility and services well. I felt welcome and safe. The sauna room was very clean - spotless. I enjoyed my treatment. I appreciate that they have the beauty bars where I could dry my hair. I’ll definitely be back.

The staff was friendly and answered all my questions as this was my first visit. All areas of this location were clean.
This experience was way better than I expected. I’ve never stayed in a sauna longer than 10–15 minutes before, so making it 45 minutes felt like a huge win. I loved that I could adjust the temperature, change the lighting, and listen to my own music. It made the whole experience feel comfortable and completely personalized.
I also tried a cold plunge for the very first time and was surprised by how much I liked it. I went in three times. The first was just a minute, and the next two were two minutes each, which felt like a big accomplishment for a first timer.
I didn’t try the vitamin C shower this time, but I plan to next visit. From the moment I arrived, everything was great. The quick tour from the friendly front desk staff was welcoming, the space was beautiful and spotless, and the entire experience felt calm and well thought out. I’ll absolutely be back.
