The staff were amazing. Super friendly, helpful, informative and fun to be around while showing genuine interest in myself and my guest. The place was super clean and inviting. And I loved that you could do the whole sauna and plunging experience in your own suite. Fantastic location as well.

I like that my first time ever doing contrast therapy was here the nice gentleman at the front desk. I believe his name was Jay was very knowledgeable and pleasant to chat with. Although he did share he was new I could not tell! Very clean and a great experience for sure!

The entire experience was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome. I felt fantastic and energized when I left.
I was terrified about the cold plunge but it was refreshingly refreshing and easy. The sauna is amazing. I felt much lighter coming out than I did going in and I'll definitely be back.

I liked being able to relax in a private space with the ability to control the sauna settings on my own. The space was clean and very nice. LOVED the vitamin c infused shower the most. I’d go back just for that.
