Love the cold plunge
Clean, great staff, helpful. Easy to work with. I’d love a membership here if my husband didn’t put me in so much debt.
How friendly the staff was, how clean the facility is.
Amazing first time/experience for me and my fiance. We workout 5-6 days out of the week and this was just what we needed. I also loved how each thing was all in one room. How we could go from sauna, to vitamin c shower to cold plunge without having to leave the room. The layout was very well thought out.
