Very enjoyable experience.
Everything was clean. The staff was tremendous and overall we were glad to see a sauna and cold plunge service neat and clean. We can’t say that for gyms in the area and people wearing workout clothes. Set has a Good business model.

Easy process
We arrived early, fully expecting to have to wait for our scheduled time, but to our excitement we were able to get in early. It was our first time there so it was a blast. The staff were incredibly helpful

Amazing accommodating staff, clean environment and clear instructions
It was one of those rare experiences that actually lived up to the hype. You sit in the sauna until the heat convinces you you’re making a terrible life decision, then you step into water so cold it feels like it was borrowed from the Arctic. The shock hits you like a slap across the face, every nerve wakes up, and suddenly you’re more alive than you’ve felt in weeks. Strange combination, heat and ice—but somehow it leaves you relaxed, clear-headed, and ready to believe the Finns have been onto something all along.
