The place was really clean. The customer service was excellent, everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable about the place and our host was very good about telling us what each thing does as far as sauna, shower and cold plunge bath. The tour was excellent. Afterwards I felt very relaxed and rejuvenated. It felt like I had a new body and that is what I love the most. All of my muscles were relaxed and my mind was at peace.

I was extremely pleased with the atmosphere. Both individuals at the front kiosks were very knowledgeable when asked questions and informative of the processes. The premises were clean and suites extremely relaxing. Definitely a great first impression and looking forward to future visits! I didn’t bring lotion with me, that might be a great addition. However, I noticed my skin wasn’t missing it either. Therefore, you’ve all gained a new fan of the services offered!

The whole experience was wonderful and different. The facility was clean and inviting. The process to schedule my appointment was quick and easy.
The staff was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. I cant remember the guys name that booked my appointment but he patiently answered all my questions. He told me who the staff person/Aliyah would be when I arrived.
Aliyah was friendly and pleasant. She was a bit surprised that we knew her name.She gave us the tour of the facility and made sure that she went into details about what to expect. There were no surprises.

The facilities were, clean, spacious and comfortable. I loved the entire experience, the vitamin C infused shower, sauna and cold plunge bath left me feeling energized. My skin was glowing afterwards. Can't wait to go back!

The suites are really nice and the sauna was comfortable and high quality. The cold plunge tub was a great size and comfortable. The experience was great. The little extra hair drying station was a pleasant surprise and a lovely extra. Loved the vitamin c shower too!

Love the private suites here. The alternate sessions between the infrared sauna and the cold plunge did wonders for my physical recovery and mental clarity. Sweat Houz was modern, luxurious, and the staff keeps everything immaculate. It's a game-changer for handling daily stress.

I love the fact that you can control the temperature in the sauna and the coldness of the tub. The suites are beautiful and very calming and you really feel like you are in a luxurious spa that's all to yourself. The staff is wonderful at the Garwood location, esp Ella!
