From the time I walked in the door through the time I walked out, the staff was amazing. The young lady at the front made me feel really comfortable as she spoke so highly of the facility. She was very knowledgeable and open to answer all on my newbie questions. She was very thorough when walking me through the experience. When my session was completed she asked me about my experience, which was amazing. I will definitely be back soon to continue my regime of selfcare.

Staff was very friendly. My suite was clean. The sauna, cold plunge and vitamin c shower were amazing. You can watch TV or listen to music as you are in there to make the experience more comfortable as well.
