Your facility has the cold plunge and shower in the suite. This is much more preferred over your competition. Love it!
The stay is kind and informative, the facility is very clean and well maintained. I most love the individual rooms for contrast therapy experience instead of it being an open shared space so you can really be in tune and introspective with yourself. HIGHLY recommend!

Great staff, very clean facility, and I love the overall experience at Sweathouz. I’m retired and exploring more wellness-focused programs, and the contrast therapy concept is definitely of interest to me. When time permits, I plan to look into purchasing a package.

I really liked that I had my own private suite. It was so clean and such a luxurious experience. I was actually trying to choose between this place and another place with the same offerings (infrared sauna and cold plunge). The reason I went with sweat houz is because of the privacy. 10/10 experience!
