I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. The gentleman who checked me in was fantastic. Sauna was hot, plunge was cold and the C shower was well, a shower lol. I didn't notice I could have put on a YouTube session on the TV. I will remedy this next time. I will be coming back to purchase the unlimited package with hopes of averaging three times a week.

We were welcomed, given a wonderful brief tour of the facility, and offered waters and scented towels. We were shown the room, the amenities were explained to us, and we got settled in relatively quickly.
