I've been wanting to try cold plunging for a while now, and when I learned SWTHZ was in my neighborhood, I had to check it out. After my initial trial session, I immediately bought a twice-a-week membership. What a great concept to have the sauna and cold plunge (and shower) in one private suite. I hope it continues to be a relaxing oasis even as it becomes popular as others learn about it.
One thing that could be improved: The bathroom at the National Landing location is not very clean, especially the toilet. I've noticed this on the weekdays (not the weekends.) I hope the staff can be more cognizant of the condition of the one restroom.

Cleanliness and privacy.
With someone having anxiety, this is a wonderful place to escape and engage in true self-care. The cold plunge, while difficult at first, is really helpful and I leave feeling refreshed, especially after a proper vitamin C shower.

The studio is very clean and the staff is so helpful and friendly! I love the hour I spend there to recover.
My only complaint is that when you opened I was offered a ton of things…free session etc…when I came w my friend recently there is nothing like that now
