It is a new experience and reported to be good for pain management. I have had a few surgeries and my body hurts a lot. The cold was difficult to stay in, but I could do it more each time.

I DID NOT LIKE:
1nowhere to put shoes ( water swamped them)
When I plunged in tub overflowed onto my shoes ( maybe tub a little too full)
2 only place to sit is in sauna, maybe put a chair between shower and tub.
Everyone there seems happy to be there, helpful and knowledgeable. Good energy

Had such a great experience!! Will absolutely be back, everything was spotless, staff were kind and helpful, and I left feeling refreshed. My only point of critique would be that the Dyson dryers in the getting ready area could use some TLC! Otherwise, 10/10 would recommend.
