The staff was very friendly and great at explaining everything to us. The facilities was very clean. We really enjoyed having a private suite being able to just relax together.

My first sauna experience since moving from Japan, and I loved it. The private room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Even though Texas is hot, the strong indoor A/C often leaves me feeling cold. This is the perfect place to warm up and reset, and I plan to come back weekly.

I'd never experienced a cold plunge before and due to the set up of the room, I was able to take my at my own pace and attempt it a few times. The physical relief after is undeniable.

The staff were great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about everything as well which was great since it was our first time there. We also love the private suites it made for such a peaceful atmosphere and really allowed us to relax. We are already planning on next trip!

The facility was very state-oft-the-art; modern, with a sleek design. The sauna, cold plunge, and shower suite was top notch. Private, and very clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. I also booked RLT, which was stellar as well. I loved the eucalyptus face towels, it was nice touch for a wellness experience.
