The staff was very helpful and friendly and the facility felt clean and luxurious. The time flew by and I think a 90 minute session would be more desirable if I were to return. I hope this is offered in the future.

Loved the infrared sauna session, vitamin C shower, the cold plunge tub and the privacy of the suite was a total plus! Everything was spotless and so clean. I loved how roomy the sauna was. I had plenty of towels. Everything was easy to navigate. The staff is so friendly. The little things were a big deal- loved the attention to details like the cold eucalyptus cloths, clear bag for your wet stuff, and controlling the music/TV. Top notch.
Ambiance
That the sauna was 174 degrees. The heat felt wonderful.

Clean rooms, awesome front desk service, seamless booking process, services were as-advertised, love the fact that you guys have hair styling tools by the restroom.

From the moment you walk through the door, they provide a superb customer experience. Tiffany had great people skills and was both friendly and helpful. I also encountered a couple of other staff members, and they were just as welcoming. They also gave me a gift bag & a card because it was my birthday. It’s the little things that truly do stand out! I’m big on client experience, and it can truly make or break a business, so I have nothing but positive things to say.
As for the session itself, it was great! I’ve already recommended it to several friends and am seriously considering purchasing a package for myself. It was my first time cold plunging, and I’m already ready to do it again.
Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 experience. The space is clean, I love that the suites are private, and 60 minutes feels like the perfect amount of time to fully enjoy everything.
