Great experience today as a first timer. Friendly, informative staff and a beautiful facility. The red light sauna was relaxing and peaceful especially since I went screen-free without any outside stimuli for 40 minutes. The cold plunge after is something I need to work up to. The tub is shockingly cold and difficult to become submerged in, but once in it's not bad. I spent the rest of the day feeling exhilarated and very aware of my body and skin. Going back next week!
I enjoy the friendly staff and cleanliness . I do like the sauna to be hot and #5 only gets to 160.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. She took the time to explain everything with the experience. She also shared how the membership worked and summer specials but wasn’t pushy. The room and common spaces were clean and I saw staff cleaning the rooms between sessions.
It would be nice if there was a small runner between the sauna and the shower/tub (like the mat next to the tub. I forgot flip flops so going back and forth I had to be careful not to slip. I am looking forward to trying the different locations as well.
Super friendly people! This was my first session and everyone made sure I felt comfortable and gave me the lay of the land. Whole experience was fantastic!

I didn’t catch the name of the manager who helped me but she was really professional, informative and authentic. I felt at home and comfortable right away and never like I was being sold to - but genuinely loved the experience and texted 6 friends about it before I even left!
I loved everything about my experience. Getting some bonding time in with my sister after years made this experience so much better than expected. It's definitely on my list of things to do again. This time I will not wimp out after doing the cold plunge for a minute lol.

Clean and comfortable
I loved the privacy of the room. The infrared sauna was amazing. The cold plunge was perfect. I felt energized for hours afterwards. I was expecting to smell citrus from the Vitamin C shower, and I didn't, but that wasn't so important to me. I'll be back.
My wife and I both really enjoy it here. The only reason it's not a 10 is that the ongoing rate after the initial session is just too expensive.
I loved the big spacious room how I could share it with a friend. I enjoyed the cold plunge and then being able to get back in the sauna and repeat that cycle.
The two young ladies at the front desk were very helpful and nice.
This was the first time I have felt relaxed and rejuvenated in years! I loved every second of my experience from the second I walked in the door. The cold eucalyptus towel and blow dryers at the end were the cherry on top but the sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin c shower were amazing. I can’t wait to come back. I think I’m obsessed!
Thought the whole thing was awesome, it is to expensive for couples though. Been to more coed spas with more amenities for around the same price.
