We have never done therapy of this nature before and we will definitely do it again. My husband and I went for the first time and I will admit the cold plunge was not easy to do, but we did it! It’s a very nice relaxing day date adventure if you are active and wanting something to do together and healthy. I highly recommend the Carmel location as they were very informing, welcoming, and helpful!

The experience of it all!
It was very relaxing! Loved how clean it was and how many thoughtful details there were. Including things like a-tips, hair ties, even clean hairbrushes and hairdryers made the experience feel extra luxurious.
