The SweatHouz allows you to choose your experience and I like that I can be alone in silence for an hour to decompress and reset. You don’t have someone constantly checking to see if you need anything or pressure you into buying a membership.

The host was super sweet and explained everything perfectly and it was nice being able to relax and go freely between the sauna, cold plunge and shower as I wanted too. The facility was clean and put together nicely.

I liked the whole experience from the sauna and experiencing the cold plunge.
Was my first time there so I didn’t know what to expect. But I truly enjoyed the whole experience - the rooms were clean and comfortable, loved the vitamin c shower. Nice having the tv. And nice touch having the area where you can dry your hair.
Just the fact that you have your private room is worth it and also super clean super friendly staff and on time

Great place and people! Relaxing experience with a lot of customization in the suites. Super cozy with great amenities. A total breath of fresh air, we will be back often!
Unique and clean
Having the private suite was amazing!! Highly recommend for couples trying to unwind together for 60 mins. No sharing the sauna with everyone at the gym!! Was a nice way to connect.
