The experience is really nice and the young woman who checked in was awesome.
It was absolutely lovely! We loved the privacy, the television with YouTube and the audio in the sauna. Everything was perfect. I just wish it were not so expensive. I am a very active person and am already paying for two gym memberships, which include a sauna. I prefer sweathauz but I can’t justify the cost.
Loved that I had an hour to relax in the sauna and cold plunge. It was very clean and the employee was helpful and friendly
Brook was amazing and the facility is immaculate and first class. My only comment would be the sauna took quite a while to get from 130 to 160. I had Brook put 160 as my preference for my next session
Very relaxing and friendly staff. Crazy schedule right now but may do some drop ins once in awhile. I did tell quite a few people to give it a try.

The staff was nice and it was just a different date night experience for us. My husband has neuropathy in both legs and reported the contrast therapy was very helpful. We will definitely return. The facility was clean and relaxing.

Beyond excellent from before I ever visited Pickerington Sweathouz. From the moment I asked about scheduling for a group of friends, Kennedy and Trey were incredibly informative, generous and inviting. I had never been to one before and I knew I wanted to go there! My group of 4 couldn’t make a date for a few weeks out due to busy schedules, however. Then, when I made an apt on Sunday, Lucas and Trey were remarkably kind and accommodating when I had to change my booking time and number of guests 2-3 times. They made me feel so invited land comfortable. When I arrived, Lucas tookit to another level, educating me about the sauna usage in Finland and its association with happiness, as well as many health benefits. While I thought I was pretty informed, he encouraged me even more. I, in turn, dove deeper into to the enjoyment of my session all the more. I am very, very, very impressed with the entire staff. I wish I knew the name of the person cleaning that kept it gleaming that day and the young lady with long braids that welcomed me in and asked me how everything went at the end of the session. They were perfect with customer service, as well. Bravo 👏!
Everything. Such a great experience trying contrast therapy for the first time and for such a great price. Loved the additional red light therapy add on. Will definitely be back!
