The staff at the Burlington location are amazing!! They are the only reason we keep coming back week after week. The ladies there are amazing!!
It was very relaxing. A negative is that the Bluetooth speaker in our room kept disconnecting and killed the ambiance and then our tv turned on and started playing law and order. Could have done without that but otherwise it was great.

I loved the 3 different wellness options - including the infrared sauna, vitamin C shower, and cold plunge. All offered different benefits as far as health and wellness, mental health, and muscle recovery. I especially loved the ambiance and privacy of the room which allowed for your own personal music or television use, the various moody light settings, and the provided body wash, shampoo + conditioner. Overall a great experience that I would recommend to anyone!
The staff and the experience align perfectly with what I need for muscle recovery. The staff is always friendly and helpful. All requests are always honored and treated with respect. I am a Sweathouz Lifet!!!
