My first visit to SWTHZ in Cranberry Twp, PA was exceptional! Zack guided me through every step of my session, clearly explaining the benefits of the infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin‑C–infused shower.
The entire experience was positive from beginning to end, and I’m truly grateful for it. I’ll definitely be back as soon as I return to Pittsburgh in a couple of weeks.

EVERYTHING! and yes even the cold plunge
We liked the sauna and the infrared lights felt amazing on the skin! The vitamin C shower I can feel my skin has absorbed it. Pushing our limits in the cold plunge ooff that was challenging but definitely worth it! Kendra and her colleague were so nice sorry I didn’t get the other girls name but shout out to them both!
