Although it was a busy Friday, I felt the customer service was great. The facilities were extremely clean. I enjoyed the specialized touches like the card with our names on it when we entered the sauna
Facility was great, experience was great, I could have used a little more guidance when I checked in. The text message says be there 20 minutes early etc etc. but the front desk made it feel I was inconveniencing them by being there early.

The facility is very clean. Seems well run. It’s great the experience is contained to one room with a shower. The shower allows mid-day use from work.
