I had an awesome visit! The staff was super friendly and even checked in afterward to make sure everything went great. They also asked about my preferences for next time, which was really thoughtful and helpful.
I really enjoyed the experience and the Black Friday Deal was an incredible deal. Everything was clean and well organized I liked the ambiance and the solitude. The only feedback I’d give is there was a hair in the sauna on the ground and my shower didn’t drain very well it puddled pretty good at my feet. The shower head had some hard water build up on it. That’s the only constructive feedback I’d give. Other than that I’ll say you’ve won my business and I’ll def return and share with others. Layla was kind, answered all of my instruction and gave a great overview.

Everything was top notch from the check in to the suite. Private room with cold plunge, infrared sauna, and vitamin C, shower… The ultimate in ultimate relaxation!
I loved the private enclosure. The Amazon ads on the tv were interesting. I was looking for a qtip & lotion after too. Regardless, love the experience.

The room set up and the private setting were so relaxing! The Vitamin C shower and cold towels were a great touch. The person helping us was lovely as well.

The staff are always welcoming and friendly, the space both private and public are very clean and relaxing, it’s really just the perfect place to relax and reset!
This was my first visit. Overall it was very good. The staff was helpful, upbeat and friendly. My door was very difficult to lock (room #1 I believe). The shower grout had some mold on it. But overall, I was very pleasant and I look forward to my next visit.
Never did sauna before. Amazing experience. Didn't want it to end. A cool suggestion would be to add vitamin d lamps in the sauna, have the option to turn on or off for those who don't want that exposure.

Very relaxing experience. This was my first time using a cold plunge and plan to return. The staff was excellent, made sure I had everything that was needed, and very prompt in response if any further assistance was required. Awesome place!

The business was very clean and organized. We were greeted pleasantly at the desk and taken to our room within minutes. Everything was explained very well!
The IR sauna may have been the best one I’ve ever been in. The heat came on very quickly, and it was already hot when we stepped in! No needing to wait for the temperature to get there.
The shower was very nice, very clean and the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled amazing.
The cold plunge was INSANE! It was definitely quite the challenge but once you get in it’s not too bad. The water was extremely clean and didn’t smell of harsh chemicals. When you come out you feel incredible and euphoric. There were plenty of towels, the tv worked great.
We will definitely be coming back!!!
