Staff was helpful. Water in shower was warm again which I appreciated as last time I was there something was wrong with the water heater which didn’t make for the best experience. However I do wish there were the option for cold plunge baths that are less cold. Water that cold has not been found to be beneficial for women and can contribute to worsening outcomes. I also wish there was an option to dim the overhead lights in the sauna.
The staff were very informative and welcoming. I enjoyed my experience and will be going back. The set up in the rooms were very nice and clean.

Room ready. Wish some of the streaming services were already signed in when you arrive. Perspire , your local competitor texts me what I would like to watch and what temp do you want it set at before I arrive. So instead of wasting time signing in and adjusting the temp, it’s already done
Sweathouz offers a wellness experience in a luxury setting. They explain to guests about the entire process of contrast therapy, and the studio has many benefits to your overall wellbeing.

I loved the private suite aspect as we came for a date night and it was nice to not have to share space with other people making our experience both relaxing and romantic.
I am absolutely amazed by the contrast therapy sessions! The whole experience was so relaxing! I can’t wait for my next session. The spa is so beautiful and I love the privacy of the suite. Thank you for a wonderful experience! ❤️
everything was amazing! it was my first time here and loved it. I did the sauna and cold plunge, it was my first cold plunge ever and I felt great after!

The privacy and the entire experience
I enjoyed the accommodation. I enjoyed the cold towels for the sauna. I enjoyed the sauna the music that was being played the graphics on the TV very relaxing very soothing. I love that you can adjust the temperature in the sauna. The shower was good. My sister said that afterward she felt like her skin was softer and glowed more. It was really good. I enjoyed it. I would do it again. I would recommend it to other people.
