The suite was beautiful and clean. The sauna deeply relaxing and cold plunge invigorating. Lived the entertainment options and amenities (towels, Dyson station, etc.) It all felt very spa like and pampering, which is perfect for self care time. Staff were super knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back.

To start it is a great experience in a great facility. But it is the staff that puts it over the top. They always take great care of us.
Peaceful environment
The Manager Eryn and the young man at the front desk were amazingly informative and accommodating. It was my first cold plunge and the anxiety was thru the roof. They helped make the experience calm and productive. I feel better and decided to get a membership. Highly recommend if this is a service that you need.

What I enjoyed most about my experience was that the sauna were already heated up over 170° prior to my arrival.
Welcoming staff, Clean facility, accommodation inside suite. I like the Amenities that were given I.E: Eucalyptus towel and complimentary water as well as the choice of flavors for water refills.

I like that you have your own private suite and can enjoy the experience with you alone or you and your party. Once you complete everything g, you feel so refreshed and relaxed. My soreness disappeared. Overall, the experience was amazing!!
