I love how inviting it is right when you walk in. The flavored water is a great extra perk. The rooms are always very clean and private. It is so relaxing until you have to pump yourself up to get into the cold plunge but after 2-3 min and you’re numb, it’s great! The lighting adds to the relaxing ambiance as well.
I will be recommending this experience to everyone I know

The person in the office were so incredibly kind. They explained everything to my sister and I and we had such a wonderful time! The therapy felt amazing and it really boosted my confidence that I was able to do the cold plunge. I will certainly be coming back.
The rooms are clean. Appreciate having a tv even if we don’t use them. Sauna and cold plunge are great.

Joshua was a lovely host and we loved the experience! Only improvements would be sandals/robes for clients for restroom breaks and hygiene. Or remind customers to bring their own.
