I loved the set up out front with the water selections and the cold towels that were scented. The room was perfectly clean and inviting. Towels were so nice and so was the cold plunge. Just a great spot to come relax and enjoy yourself. Well done!

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. The facility was very clean and inviting, as well as offered many thoughtful and complimentary accommodations for customers. I went with my mom to try it and we both absolutely loved, and agreed we’d definitely go again.

Extremely friendly staff and clean facility. I wasn’t sure how we would do with the cold plunge, but we both made it 5mins. Slept like a baby afterwards, which never happens for me.
I’ve the option to watch tv while in the sauna. And the ease of taking a shower after to also feel clean after detoxing and not having to drive home sweaty.

Gear experience felt amazing afterwards
Was very interested in the concept of Contrast Therapy. I am so glad I finally got to try it out. Customer service was great and very informative. Room was very clean! Experience was perfect. Felt real great after words and looking forward to doing it again.
