Very relaxing experience. This was my first time using a cold plunge and plan to return. The staff was excellent, made sure I had everything that was needed, and very prompt in response if any further assistance was required. Awesome place!

The business was very clean and organized. We were greeted pleasantly at the desk and taken to our room within minutes. Everything was explained very well!
The IR sauna may have been the best one I’ve ever been in. The heat came on very quickly, and it was already hot when we stepped in! No needing to wait for the temperature to get there.
The shower was very nice, very clean and the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled amazing.
The cold plunge was INSANE! It was definitely quite the challenge but once you get in it’s not too bad. The water was extremely clean and didn’t smell of harsh chemicals. When you come out you feel incredible and euphoric. There were plenty of towels, the tv worked great.
We will definitely be coming back!!!

Everything! The staff was perfect! Very friendly and helpful when showing me the facility. My room was very clean and cozy, The sauna got nice and hot (170), the shower was great, and that cold plunge was very invigorating! I like the private room so I could go nude. Was a very relaxing experience! I like the easy control of lights and temperature.

The facility was very nice looking. Cozy and modern. Loved that! The staff was super friendly and helped explain the process thoroughly. A few things to improve….the facility outside of the rooms towards the back was super cold. Maybe warm it up a bit in the winter. I was sitting in my sauna and random rap music started playing on its own really loudly. Really threw off my experience and startled me. Lastly, the 60 mins really did not consider the time it takes to undress and dress again leaving the 60 mins not really dedicated to the therapy itself. I felt like I got 45 mins to really do the process and the timer bell rang longer than necessary. A light beep or tone to remind guests to end the session would suffice. Overall the game experience was pleasant. I’ll def come back.

The front desk person, Rebecca was so helpful in her explanation of how everything worked and gave some good tips as this was my first time. It was so relaxing and definitely will be coming back!

This experience was so relaxing and yet also energizing. I recommend it for anyone looking to take their workout recovery to the next level or do something that promotes better body and mind wellness.
The professionalism of staff was impeccable. How my questions were patiently answered. She (my apologies that I didn't remember her name this time) walked me through it, showing me and explaining the sauna (its benefits of) the cold bath and the vitamin c shower. I could listen to music, change the screen. But I jist chose to meditate and thank GOD for my blessings..the experience was awesome I will master the cold bath eventually. Thank you
Everything. The cleanliness of the suite. The temperature of the sauna and cold plunge. The shower is nice and spacious as well. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful too. Will be a weekly staple in my routine moving forward!

Felt cleaner than mosaic location. Staff also offered to have my heat and lighting settings ready when I arrive for my next session which makes me feel valued and looking forward to my next visit. Well done.

Never did sauna before. Amazing experience. Didn't want it to end. A cool suggestion would be to add vitamin d lamps in the sauna, have the option to turn on or off for those who don't want that exposure.
