We love it so so much but price is too high
The first girl was friendly, polite, and helpful but the second girl didn't tell us about the 20.00 exit fee. We took 20 minutes to shower and clothe ourselves and she kept coming to the door asking were we done. We told her we were showering, then she came back and asked again and we told her we were dressing. Im black so I have to shower, wash my hair, comb my head, put oil on me or lotion and then im ready. I cabt just get up and go. She could have mentioned the fee then. I don't move as fast as my younger days. But we know about timing and things now after we go again. It was nice regardless.

I liked the privacy of it, the Bluetooth speaker, and the amenities! The only thing, unfortunately our sauna never got to the 175 degrees but still enjoyed my experience and will definitely do it again!

Coolest experience - will definitely do it again. The vitamin shower body wash is phenomenal - the cold plunge was crazy but you feel so good after the fact re-energized and just ready to go. Doing it with a partner too I think is such a unique idea and way to connect in a different way. 10/10 great idea and concept
My husband and I enjoyed the experience at Sweathouz a lot. The relaxation of the sauna was great, save for we wished it would get a little hotter than it did. Granted, in leaving the sauna for the shower and cold plunge, some heat was lost. The vitamin C shower felt very refreshing after the sauna. As expected, the 50 degree cold plunge was a beast of a challenge, but has the desire health effects. We did not cold plunge for the recommended 3-5 minutes as I was a first time cold plunger so I managed under a minute while my husband lasted for two minutes at a time. Perhaps the staff could distinguish times for first time versus seasoned cold plungers.

I thought it had a nice comfortable atmosphere, and was a great way to spend time with my husband. I plan on doing it again with friends in a group room, next time they're in town.
