Wow. First time doing anything like this. It was wonderful. I really enjoyed it.
It was my first time in a place like that, and the first time I’ve ever done a 50° cold plunge.
I thought it was quite a therapeutic experience, but I recommend that you place instructions in each room on how to control or connect the Bluetooth for audio, and a recommended schedule of what to do and how long to spend in each part of the experience. That would be really helpful for people who are first time visitors like myself.

Sauna and plunge
Always love it here! Tried out the dyson air straight today for the first time too and that was awesome!!
The customer service is above and beyond.
The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The scent of the body wash to the speakers in the sauna. Everything was perfect!

i had a great experience. staff was great. ambiance was great. i loved the flavored water. i did the black friday sale. unfortunately the normal price is too high and i will not buy another package unless there’s a deal.

My daughter Kadi Last name removed surprised me with this. I had no idea what it was going to be like. And it was really nice. It was clean, it was very relaxing. We were greeted very nicely.
Asked if we need cool towels and what scent and then showed us to the room and he was just very pleasant, sorry I do not remember his name.

Loved it! It felt very clean and I was welcomed by the front desk staff. The suite was really pretty and it was just such a fun, relaxing experience. I would definitely go back, recommend it to people, and consider a membership if it wasn’t so expensive.
Certainly needed to the quiet time and sweat all the b******* out of me. But it took me 20 minutes to start sweating. That's why I went back in for another thank you. Leaving for 3 months
