Great staff. Great location. Great experience.
I like the privacy of the suite and an hour of “me” time. The suites are super clean and it is nice to have the Dysons for hair styling afterwards. I also appreciate the small touches like flavored water and having hair ties.
Cold plunge is so hard beside it brings back memories of post- soccer practice cold baths when I was in high school. That being said, I definitely feel so clear headed afterward.
The worker was so kind and took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable before starting my session. The experience itself was very nice and relaxing and going between two extremes definitely helped with my soreness and tension. I loved having my own entertainment but my one suggestion would be to have an ad free YouTube version because having a stretching video and music was so helpful but the ads took time out of my session waiting to skip the ads.

This was my first time here. I really enjoyed it. The facility was clean and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming.
From the first to the actual visit, everybody was helpful and had great energy. I had a lot of questions before my husband and and I have our first session there. The facility is very clean and super aesthetic. Upon arriving and leaving the person who is at the front was very sweet and helpful.
The rooms are beautiful, clean & well appointed. Very nice staff!
I loved everything about SweatHouz! From the cold plunge, infrared sauna, vitamin C shower and the dry bar! The staff were also very accommodating and sweet! Highly recommend.

I loved having a full hour of three different experiences the sauna the plunge the shower. It helped to boost my recovery, my mood, and reset me for the week ahead.

The sauna was a good size for two. I was a guest. An employee made some recommendations since it was our first cold plunge and was very helpful. I felt great afterwards.
Great staff, great facilities
Clean facility, very relaxing and felt amazing after.
I didn't like that I had to fill out information about myself at the facility I would have rather done all that beforehand.
I also had a plus one with me and I had a promo code to bring her along for free and they charged her card 30 dollars... I had to call to get that sorted out. I also didn't like the lack of communication like when I booked online I didn't even get a reservation confirmation with date and time just a receipt was sent.
So clean, so relaxing, I absolutely love this place
