Having your own private room to relax in a sauna, and watch tv. Then jumping in the cold plunge you feel like a brand new person.

I’ve been to a few different spots with private spaces and this was probably my favorite one yet. Beautiful rooms, very private, excellent customer service, the get ready area too is top of the line with Dyson products and high quality hot tools for your hair. They provide a lot of free amenities such as makeup wipes, hair caps, flavored water.
