Amazing experience, amazing employees. Enjoyed our first session so much, we purchased more sessions. Appreciated how clean our space was. Definitely going to encourage a lot of my friends and family to join. Shoutout the assistant manager who helped us during our first session, he was the best.

All the Staff was awesome! The suites were very clean and i absolutely loved the the cold plunge and sauna! I highly recommend everybody atleast try it once especially for muscle recovery.

I liked the experience I had from the front desk to the suite. I interacted with a front desk associate and the manger. Both were very friendly and helpful. Jen the manager was very informative. I never knew the sequence of things would change the outcome.i opted for relaxation and muscle recovery. Next time I'm gonna reverse it for an energy boost. That was very informative and helpful.

What did you like about your experience?

I love that I can do my therapy alone instead of having to sit with strangers. I can meditate and focus. I can also see how much inflammation it takes away and know how relaxed I feel after going. I’m starting to love the process.
