Great all around
Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The one-hour contrast therapy session with the sauna, vitamin C shower, and cold plunge left me feeling completely reset; reduced stress, boosted energy, improved recovery, clearer mindset, and an overall feeling of wellness. The combination of heat and cold therapy was both refreshing and rejuvenating, and the vitamin C shower made my skin feel amazing afterward.
What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel comfortable and easy. Their professionalism and positive energy elevated the whole visit. I will 100% be recommending this place to others and will definitely be back for more sessions soon.

Most everything was top notch; front desk could be a bit more organized and personable.
Loved the process/steps once in the room. I found that, as advertised, the plunge was a big difference maker for me personally. Typically I don’t sleep well. But last nite I sleep great.

The environment was clean and works really well. And the staff treats us so nicely. I probably would just go there just because of how nice this staff treated us.

I always recommend SWTHZ - for the cleanliness, amount of time in the suite, the towels, the temp of the cold plunge, the refreshing vitamin c shower, and the overall relaxing experience. The staff are so kind and they know the sauna + music settings for my room.
