The suites are immaculately clean; the staff is so friendly and accommodating; and the app makes scheduling a breeze. Not to mention we are truly feeling the benefits of contrast therapy. I played baseball and volleyball in college, and now at 59 my knees and hips are feeling it. But they’ve never felt better since starting SWTHZ.

I booked a couples sauna and from walking in to walking out, it was amazing! They had a birthday sign for my husband. Everything was so clean and the experience was amazing. I will definitely come back!

My experience was wonderful, the staff were professional, insightful, nice, and helpful. Suite 9 is my favorite because I’m a 6’4 330lbs male with multiple injuries, the extra space is appreciated. The only reason I didn’t give a 10 is because personally I wish all the cold plunges weren’t the same and at least one sit in cold plunge could be put in. The other SweatHouz 30 minutes away has different cold plunges in their suites. That aren’t so low and it’s helpful for people with disabilities. Outside of that lol everything is great. I will definitely be back!

Workers are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean. Towels are always stocked. Only draw back is we like the sauna to be hotter than most so sometimes it take some time to get to temp. But isn’t a deal breaker. They try and turn it up before we get there to accommodate. Otherwise a great experience.
I enjoyed the entire experience. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff was professional, welcoming, and friendly. The red light therapy sauna was very relaxing and warming. The vitamin c shower provided the perfect cool down with the phenomenal overhead shower. The cold plunge was very intense and refreshing allowing my muscles and body to relax and recharge.

The fact that the suites are private and host, both the sauna and the plunge bath tub, it’s a great plus! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time using Contrast therapy, and I left Sweathouz feeling invigorated and brand new.

The staff was amazing and the facilities were great and clean
The gentleman at the desk was very kind explained everything thoroughly. The experience was very good however, I wish I could see the clock on top of the door from the cold plunge in the room we were in. Also, both the sauna and the floor are very slippery. Dangerously so my friend just had a broken ankle that she’s recovering from and she almost lost it. The floor should probably be somewhat textured or at least recommend people bring their flip-flops or sandals.
Other than that, very happy with the experience, I will be back
