Warm welcome and i introduction to the facilities. Very clean and organized, not very busy, a catered experience.. Staff was quite knowledgeable and walking me through the process with ease and clarity. Parking is readily available as well as a drink’s machine to stay hydrated.

Loved everything about this experience. Facilty was clean and inviting. Staff is FANTASTIC and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The way your body feels moving from sauna to cold plunge is so shockingly satisfying! A physical high! AMAZING!
