It would be great to have some suites offer more extreme temperatures. Sauna set to 165 and cold plunge set to 40.

Exhilarating physical reaction to the hour
From the moment you enter, you are greeted by the most lovely people. It is A true luxury experience. Cold eucalyptus towels, face wipes, flavored water and more. They thought of everything. The suites are beautiful and equipped with everything. The sauna and cold plunge are a given, but the vitamin C shower is a step above.
Everything was impeccably clean. I went With my husband for a wellness date night amid the many holiday parties. What a treat!

Evelyn was very welcoming and gave a great tour of the facility. The space was incredibly clean. The individual suites are perfectly sized and the instructions and suggestions for each phase between the sauna to the shower and the cold plunge were perfect.
To be honest, the 60 min felt long. Maybe after several visits tolerance for the heat and eventual cold plunge could be extended but I could only manage the 30 ish min in the sauna and 4 min in the plunge.
I am evaluating what makes sense in terms of a membership or pay as I go.

All the workers that helped me were very nice and helped me throughout the process. They explained everything that was in the building then explained how everything works so I’d be comfortable right away. The room was great too
Rooms are spacious. Had enough towels. Liked shower caps in the rooms.

I had started to fill the survey in before my session when I received it in anticipation of a different experience. I would not give this experience a 10. The sauna had been turned off. I had to wait to get it up to the high temperature and the towel that was set aside for me in the sauna had brown spots on it. I would not choose that suite again because the wide edge of the tub was at the opposite end. I prefer to lay a towel down and swing my legs in to the tub to guide me into a plunge. This was the first suite that I was not able to do that.

Different from anything else I have done
Contrast therapy is bomb! Never experienced anything like it. Also, the manager of the salon was so smart, helpful, and professional.
