It was very calming. The space was clean and and staff was friendly. I enjoyed there being a tv in the room and having the speaker directly in the sauna.

I had the greatest, the most relaxing and quiet moment. The place was wonderful and the ladies that work at the front desk, they are wonderful.
The staff member who greeted me and showed me the room was so nice. She showed me where to fill up my water and get a cold towel. The service was great and I enjoyed the experience. I sort of which I could make the cold plunge slightly less cold and control temp the way you can in the sauna.
