The sauna and cold plunge is exactly what I needed. I’ve been struggling with restless legs and sleeping and I know this is going to help. Summer was really nice and I love how private it is. We bought more sessions. Can’t wait to come back.

I love the room setups. You have the ability to change your routine depending on your mood. Facility was clean and convenient. Parking wasn’t an issue. Receptionist, Lex, was very helpful and friendly.

Clean and easy
Went in thinking I would hate it- and the cold plunge was excruciating! - but left feeling better…??? Just more alert, like the cobwebs got rinsed out! Also, staff was lovely- patient, explained everything, personable, and no pressure at the end to join!
