I enjoyed the entire experience. I really enjoyed being able to be in a suite alone and have a cold plunge or dip and the sauna together the shower I was able to listen to my music very low and just simply relax, and and I needed that dearly. And I’m so happy we have this option close to us in Wake Forest

My wife and I enjoyed our time spent there using the sauna and cold plunge it took us multiple times to adjust getting into the cold plunge . Definitely will be back .

The staff were very welcoming and helpful about making sure I understood how to use all the amenities. I enjoyed my time and look forward to my next visit. I have been going to the Wilmington location and couldn’t wait for the Granite Run location to open because it’s closer to my home. The Wilmington location doesn’t have the infrared red treatment bed so I’m looking forward to using it on my next visit!
Once we finally got in, the rooms were wonderful. I liked how clean it was, and extremely relaxing to be in. The only thing that would make it better is a smoother check-in process. It was extremely cumbersome to have to enter so much information for each member that could easily have been filled in online ahead of time
