The staff makes sure you have a great experience and the suites are also great with a cold tub, infared sauna, and vitamin C shower.
Love the private suites and shower, makes it perfect for a nighttime routine.
Recommendations:
-Signs for people to shower after the sauna before jumping into the cold plunge.
-Signs what the diff colors mean in the sauna.
-A diff solution to clean the cold plunge other than chlorine.
Friendly staff, super clean, beautiful space
The staff were really kind and patient with answering all my questions. I was nervous b/c this was my first time doing a sauna and cold plunge together, and I really appreciated their help!
I had a great experience at SWTHZ! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the facility was clean and relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and energized. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’ll definitely be back. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax and prioritize their wellness.

Everything was great. The walkthrough, the cleanliness, the beauty bar and selection of things to watch in the private suite were amazing. Loved it!
My experience was great however I do suggest some sort of hooks at the beauty bar for you to hook your bag or purse. Because I really didn’t have enough space to hang up my belongings and I really didn’t want them to sit on the floor. But other than that, I was highly satisfied.

I believe you may be sending this because during our last visit on 7/10, we texted you during our visit asking for our neighbor to turn down the music. If so, one of our neighbors was playing music too loud and we couldn’t hear the music playing in our room so we asked that it be turned down. This is the first time we had this experience.

Really enjoyed the private suites to cycle through the cold plunge and sauna at our own pace. The style of the place was clean and sleek, and we appreciated the amount of towels provided, the bags for our swimsuits, and the clock to time ourselves and keep us mindful of our session ending. Brought my own water, but would love to try the water refill station next time! Cool to see the different options available for it.
