The facilities were amazing! This location is bigger than others I’ve been too. I really liked the set up (ie location of the beauty bar, and the hydration station). The suite was clean and the staff was friendly! There was also ample free parking for up to two hours, which was nice.

It was great how you had a private room to relax with your own sauna and cold plunge tub.
During cold months it’s the perfect escape and reset. I found in summer not so keen on it with the hot temperatures outside. But come late September through early may it’s my escape and does the body good
It was quiet and the lighting was super calming. The whole experience was perfect for recovery and relaxation.
