The cold plunge is so addictive but it is truly a test of your will power. If you can make it past the first twenty seconds, you can make it. I highly recommend playing with movement after you catch your breath.
The sauna with red light is so comfortable and soothing especially with the provided cold towel. I always get the eucalyptus scented one. It's very easy to work up a nice sweat.
The vitamin c shower is worth it as well. It smells like oranges and the provided shower supplies are luxurious.

The location was very clean and the room I was in was spacious and well laid out. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helped me set up my account. Overall great experience.
