I loved the privacy, the cleanliness, and the relaxing atmosphere. Everything I needed was provided from towels, temperature controls, a timer, and access to a tv which was set relaxed scenery that further encouraged my rejuvenation and peace. The sauna was amazing, the shower was refreshing, and the cold plunge was difficult and a shock but with good breathing and slowness, I was able to fully immerse for 5 minutes and just feel. And the sauna that I returns to after the plunge felt even more comforting after that plunge. My second plunge for the day was easier to get into. Absolutely loved this experience!
Front desk staff was fab. The cold plunge/sauna room was super sleek. Everything was super clean/tidy too!
I believe I met the store owner who was very knowledgeable about the experience and the science on contrast therapy. Which I extremely appreciated.
I love how thorough the front desk lady was with giving us a tour and showing us what to expect in the rooms. Plus reminding us that she is there to help us if we needed assistance. The friendliness and the professionalism was great from walking in and walking out.
The ice cubes and the flavored water machine were an awesome touch. I wish the flavors were more intense. Even with scrolling all the way over to add more flavor. But that’s just my personal opinion.

I loved that I had a private suite with music selection of my choice. I also appreciated the amenities like towels and the eucalyptus wash cloth was provided. The receptionist was pleasant and attentive to me and my guests needs throughout my experience.

Clean and well designed space. Warm and comfortable suite. Love the ability to change the lighting in the sauna and utilize YouTube for music. The vitamin c shower is an added bonus between the sauna and the cold plunge. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

The staff was super helpful and nice, gave me a full tour and recommended how to best use the time and space. The staff member also helped me get the tv on something relaxing to give the best experience. After the session, they were supportive in answering all questions and were not pushy at all. I can’t wait to go back!
