I totally enjoyed the pampering that I felt. The place was very clean. I enjoyed the experience of the red light therapy bed… And will be going back for more Jenna, Lisa, and Chelsea could not have been any sweeter. I wish there was a Sweat Houz in the South Hills. Hopefully some day!

The staff was wonderful. They explained the process and offered me assistance as I have some mobility issues.
The sauna was divine! The vitamin c shower excellent. I opted out of the cold plunge but did modify the experience and I felt like a million bucks all day!
