We were welcomed, given a wonderful brief tour of the facility, and offered waters and scented towels. We were shown the room, the amenities were explained to us, and we got settled in relatively quickly.

Everything was great! The only problem was the phone system. I called and called and ultimately had to call the East store for her to help me schedule an appointment at the West location. Facility was beautiful and Riley was helpful!

Great customer service. Very clean facility cold plunge was fantastic. The sauna was delightful. Kayla was very knowledgeable and giving me pointers on getting the best usage of the cold plunge and sauna.

The thing I loved most is the privacy by having my own suite. Any other sauna I go to, I have to share, maybe hear unwanted chatter, but the suite allowed me to have the solitude I crave.
