Jeremiah was thorough and provided us with a detailed description of the benefits of contrast therapy, then walking us through the facility to our private suite, detailing our options, as well as instructions on temperature and lighting controls. The space was clean and confortable. Great experience close to home!
I really enjoyed the private suite. The attendants were thorough and kind. Having the timer was also nice to know how much time I had left. A soothing experience.

My experience exceeded my expectation from the very moment that I was greeted. I was walked through the process and the experience what to expect any questions I had were answered fully. It was a beautiful environment and I felt like 1 million bucks afterwards.
The suite was clean and front desk clerk was very pleasunt.
Everything. The privacy, how luxurious it was, and overall experience. I would do it everyday if I could. Wish it was $25 every time. Ha!

Wonderful experience
The crew that showed me around was very welcoming and friendly. I feel like I was very well informed on how to use the modalities and all of the wellness benefits of each treatment. They made me feel right at home and even took the time to really get to know me. I could also tell by the way that they took care of the regular customers who were also there that they get to know everyone and treat them like family. The experience was very relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the infrared sauna. It was a really nice experience to just unplug and unwind for a bit. I also found myself enjoying the cold plunge much more than I thought I would! Thanks guys and I will be back soon
Only thing I would change is too add a couple hooks to the suite. The suite I was in only had 1 hook which has fine but it'd be nice to have at least 2.
The private room and space to really relax and enjoy the amenities. I was able to play my music and just escape for an hour. SweatHouz is the perfect addition to my recovery needs!

It was a heavenly experience. The sauna, calcium shower, and cold plunger were all a 10/10 for me. I wish I lived closer to you guys (I live in Tacoma, WA), but I will 100% be coming every time I’m in town. I also appreciated the hair station you provide after. Makes it so simple to get ready after all the wellness things. Only thing I’d say is to make sure after cleaning there aren’t any hairs in the cold plunge. When I went in I saw a couple black, curly strands of hair that weren’t mine. Loved the SweatHouz and I will be back!!
Love the feeling after the contrast therapy. I was skeptical at first but after the $20 introductory session, I immediately purchased 8 more sessions.
I love the facility and the workers are always super helpful. I could make one recommendation to make my experience better, it would be to give like a 3 or 4 minute grace period on the timer at the start of the session. I try to be very respectful of finishing my session on time, however when the timer is set for 60 minutes when you first walk in it cuts down on the therapy time. I have to get undressed, get towels spread out and prepared to get going. That grace period would be very helpful to me. Other than that, this is an awesome place. Thanks!!
