Very clean room and awesome experience overall. The worker was very nice and he walked us through how everything works and its benefits and what he recommends we do with our hour time. Would love to do it again felt amazing after. That cold plunge was no joke 😳.

First, it was great with my husband. The staff was welcoming n knowledgeable. I have to get use to the cold bath but I feel like it helped with my chronic pain.

Great atmosphere for relaxation and body healing. The only thing I would recommend is having a grab bar for getting in/out of the plunge pool. Overall, great customer service!
