It was a clean environment and I loved that the rooms are private. Contrast therapy is a great concept and I lived being able to.yry something I never did before. The fact that everything is wellness focused is a plus.

I truly love the atmosphere and how I was able to control the music and the vibe that I wanted during my session. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and they kept the studio very clean. I have already recommended it to multiple family members and friends! I became a member and hope to bring my parents in one day to check it out.

As a founding member, I do look forward to my weekly contrast therapy sessions. The suites are always spotless and the staff is welcoming and friendly. On the rare occasion that I have a question or comment, the associates are attentive and professional.
