Everything was great
The infrared sauna helps my muscles relax. The staff is nice and courteous. Always helpful. The space is clean, tidy and calm.
I would have liked to have set my sauna temperature before the visit. The sauna was only 150 and I was told I could adjust it up to 175. I did so at the beginning of the session but it never got above 160 in the hour we were there.

Everything being in the suite
1 thing that needs to change>>that alarm clock is very aggressive. I don’t think it’s a pleasant experience right after being in a sauna for so long and your body being relaxed to be disturbed by such a loud alarm.
Maybe just flash the clock red a few times

Sauna and cold plunge were great. Place was beautiful and very clean. Employees were very nice
The overall health for your body. What I will say is that I was never never had been there and I wish they would’ve walked me in and showed me how to use. Some of the buttons are what they mean and stuff like that.
