It was a great experience. My wife and I both had been wanting to try out SweatHouz and were not disappointed. The staff were highly welcoming and kind and facilities were super clean. We highly enjoyed the experience and plan to return soon.

I like the amount of time given and the suggestions on how to manage your time between the sauna room and cold plunge! I also really enjoyed the vitamin c shower.

The woman working was very helpful and friendly and the experience was great. Parking is the only issue as it took awhile to find a spot on a residential street a few blocks away.

I love, love, love the infrared sauna. And having a TV I can watch and listen to is s definite bonus.
Having the cold plunge right there is also nice. I just need more time getting used to the transfer into the very cold water..
Rain shower is nice, too!
