The staff was incredibly friendly and personable. The actual room for the sauna, shower and cold plunge was spotless and relaxing. Everything you need is within reach. you have the option of using one of their vanity stations after if you need to do your hair or makeup. The entire vibe was relaxing and spa like, you almost forget about all the health benefits. An exceptional experience and one I would highly recommend if you’re looking for some self care which we all could use.

The staff that check us in Ash is very accommodating and knowledgeable. The place its very welcoming and not intimidating. The private suite is the best part of it because I can hang out with my friends and the privacy of it. The cold plunge is so good. The only thing minor that we suggest that the wooden bench for our stuff could be more quite bigger? just because our stuff wont fit into the small bench. Other than that it’s a really nice place to relax and recover.
