It was a great day date to connect with my husband and test our physical limits of challenging ourselves with sticking out the heat of the sauna and the coldness of the cold plunge. Very clean facility, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Felt so awakened, and me tally alert after we left!

It's very relaxing and a great way to unplug. However, the cleanliness has suffered recently. The cold plunge water isn't as clear as it used to be and I can usually see hair or other stuff floating in the water.

The staff member “Lauren” was very friendly and informative. She made the visit very easy and comfortable for my wife and I out on our first ever visit. Neither of us had been in an infrared sauna or had done an ice plunge before, so we were a little nervous. She made it very calm and relaxing. We had a great visit and immediately told family about the place so they could experience it also.
The memberships and packages are a little pricey but we will most likely be back eventually.
If my wife and I were able to share a package, we would’ve been much more likely to buy one on the spot. Buying 2 separate packages is tough these days with less disposable income due to the rising cost of living.

Clean, well explained
I came in with excruciating pain in my hip. I'm currently going through menopause with no supplements. I have terrible joints pain and I feel completely terrible. I left there this morning feeling like a completely different person. Not only os my pain gone, my mood has done a 180. I feel amazing. I hope to be booking again soon.
The attendant was very thorough in explaining everything. The experience was wonderful, and at the end of the session. I was completely relaxed and I feel like I lost 5 pounds in water weight.
The suite space was nice for a couple. Enjoyed the infrared space and the cold plunge was wonderful. The vitamin C shower was nice to wash off before the plunge.
Staff were very informative and walked us through the entire room and felt very comfortable with how to use everything. My wife and I enjoyed the experience and look forward to coming back.

The suites were very clean and modern/updated. We really enjoyed the ability to play music through YouTube TV and have the music sync to the sauna speakers. We really liked the timer as well, it helped us know how long we were in each cycle. Staff was friendly.
