It’s been a different experience - positive - working with service writer Leah Meacham. She does what she says she’s going to do and actually calls the customer with updates! The techs appear to do quality work, and they have a good shop manager (Matt). Mark Anderson is still my favorite sales person.

I came back to look at the rv's again and Patrick was awesome! He was very patient with me as I went back and forth between a couple of campers. Then we went to see one more.....and that was it!!!!! Fell in ❤️ the moment I went in.

We live in Massachusetts but found an RV on your site that seemed to meet our needs.When I called about it I talked to Chris York and within an hour he sent us a walkthrough video. He was so helpful with all our questions, we had faith enough to drive down to Florida with our trade. From start to finish , it was extremely professional and personal. We got treated like we were the only people to ever buy a camper and they were terrific with my children, They love the golf Cart ride which Was a added pleasure?I was not expecting. From alyssa , all the way to david and customer service in between , it was a fantastic experience.

We actually called back to talk to the general manager about the red carpet welcoming we had when picking up our new RV. We wanted to tell him what a wonderful experience it was having Bob to go through everything about the unit. What a great presentation.

In addition we have already received our paperwork to obtain our plates, this was totally unexpected so quick.
