You don’t always get quality service after making a big RV purchase but I can say General RV Clarkston hits the mark.

There was many things I liked about General RV and we are happy we bought our Travel Trailer from them however the experience of going over the new trailer was quite a let down and lack of much needed information and support. Otherwise the General RV team was extremely helpful.

It was quick
Sales person was very knowledgeable. I really like I could just take the Rpod in for a repair with needing an appointment especially since I only had it for a few days and the refrigerator doesn’t work. It still isn’t fixed but taking back in tomorrow to hopefully figure out what’s wrong since we haven’t been able to take it camping yet to try it out. Service department is great so far.

Great service associate, she was very nice and helpful. I do feel that the location of the new construction is too close for a decent service area, as a customer I could barely be in there for minutes as they were banging a hammer on metal. I could not imagine the grief this is causing the general rv workers.
