Always nice to work with Katie Houtz.
I came in for electric step maintenance and left with a new 200 watt solar panel installed on our roof. The parts guys explained the finer points of adding a suitcase solar panel vs. adding a permanent solar panel on the roof. They had the parts and the manpower to install it in a couple of hours. We leave for an RV trip to the south and west for the next 90 days so we’re happy to have the extra solar capacity. Thanks to the parts guys, Katie and the service manager!

Bonnie worked with me when I had a truck issue and couldn’t pick up my 5th wheel for several weeks. Warranty issues repaired quickly and correctly.

Friendly atmosphere. Everyone is helpful and seems truly happy you are in their facility looking or buying. Parts dept didn’t try to upsell and Service was clear on what needed to be worked on.
