Everything! The internet team, particularly Chris Coleman and his team were phenomenal. The folks at the local store were exceptional including Rob and Robert (finance folks), Colleen (parts, can’t say enough about her), Angel (did our walkthrough at delivery) and the service guys who walked me through the hitching up process as I had never done a 5th wheel, let alone a goose neck.

They are very responsive to phone calls and diligently work on finding the parts that are needed and getting them installed in a very timely manner. Love working with the parts and service department at General! Also, I enjoyed the expertise of Robin Rivera, our sales person, and Anthony, who showed us all the features on our RV.
