But the very best employees are in the service Department!!!…Rachel and Jason! If it weren’t for Rachel and Jason, I would not have had the correct work done to get my car wiring service completed. Rachel was on the spot following up with me throughout the day to assure the work was being done quickly and professionally as well as Jason, who is the service manager, was overseeing my installation and came to talk to me several times to let me know what was happening with my car. I would have given the overall rating as a 10 for this dealership with the exception that there is a lack of coordination and communication between the sales department and the service department. There was a lack of communication me as well as a lack of coordination with installation of my wiring, harness and Bluetooth. I had to do the calling to find out what was going on, I was told to come into the department at 9 AM almost a week after purchasing and found out that they didn’t even know I was coming in or what I needed. They did not send me away and worked on my car immediately, but it did take seven hours to get everything down as I waited patiently. As I said before, Rachel and Jason took very good care of me and made sure that I had everything done correctly that day. A big thank you too everyone that helped me get my Aliner camper!! I love my camper and when I’m ready, I will 100% go back to General RV for my next camper!
Everyone we met at the Dealership was friendly, pleasant & helpful. They walked me through the entire purchase process of my 2025 Thor Scope 18M van. I was a little anxious, but they helped address my concerns. Special shout outs to Jason Jones, the Business Mgr, for his patience with me in completing the sale; to "Shaun"who did the walk through & answered my questions; BIG thanks to "Nate" in the Service Dept. who persisted in tracking down a rattle under the entry floor & corrected it! My only "negative" comment would be that it took about 5 hours to finish up the whole process.

Appreciate Brandon H and the Warranty Manager in working with InTech for repair. Parts delivery was lengthy, but GeneralRV continued to see it through. Also had the shop do some desired upgrades and all that work was done well! Very pleased with those items. Pick up was easy and really appreciate Kayte and George’s (service manager) extra attention to walking me through my camper. George even took the time to show me some tricks to making hook up even smoother.
Unfortunately after pick up, I discovered the leak(s) were not fixed, so I returned the RV to General for further diagnosis and repair. General had me drop off immediately. I’m appreciative of the time, attention and care that Kayte took with me on check in to fully understand my concerns and she assured me the dealership will find the intrusions and repair.
