DEMETRIUS!!!! My go to man!
After having our motorhome in our driveway for 12 hours, it had to go back because the generator was not working. We seemed to be having some issue with clarity as to what was happening with the generator and more importantly, how was the problem going to be rectified? Demetrius was very honest, understanding and forthcoming with a solution. He prioritized us so we could take our new motorhome next weekend for our first outing. Next, I have been having a problem trying to get an answer on a problem I had with the couch in our unit. It was dirty and they kept just trying to clean it instead if giving me a new couch. Its a $100,000 motorhome, it should NOT have a dirty nasty couch in it. Demetrius assured me it will be taken care of in a timely fashion and not kicked down the street again. I believe him. If you need ANYTHING and want to get it done....he is the go to guy! Thank you Demetrius for hearing me and listening. I very much appreciate you 🙏

At first, I thought it was too big and that corporate feeling that we were just a number. However by the end of the transaction I felt very good. From the walk through, to the quick response of taking care of issues we found during the walk through, to the financing. So far so good.

I enjoy working with Gage. If I see an issue, we are always able to work it out. He ensures all my questions / concerns are addressed. Also, he keeps me updated as to the progress or anything that is found during the service. And then we do a walkthrough before I pay / leave.
That’s the positive side. The negative is the skill level and pride of some of the service technicians. I have found my dump station compartment floor covered with antifreeze because they didn’t clean up when they were done. They plugged a water line screen, so instead of replacing it, they removed it and left it laying in the compartment. They also left the cover for the radio / backup camera left unattached. These are the more recent ones. And on current visit, I did not find anything negative so far to comment on. All the above have been provided to the Service Advisors and Service Manager.

The facility is clean, bright, and very nice. The lot is also very large with an excellent selection of all kinds of campers. The staff are friendly and the purchasing experience was good start to finish.
