I had a problem not making hot water in my new z2680. I was told at check out with my new z2680 in Ft Pierce no to exceed 40psi water into RV. This caused error code E5. A fan problem. I scheduled an appointment for the West Palm General RV. They said the system works fine and needed more pressure to make hot water. The system does work fine. I paid $150 for General RV in West Palm to tell me the info I needed at checkout at Ft Pierce General RV.
I would like a store credit for $150.00

The staff were very friendly and able to help us get all the add- ons we needed on our camper. Patient with explanations of how things worked and why they were needed. It was a pleasant experience.
The selection of rv’s. The ease of the buying process however the pick up process was not very efficient.
Our service adviser, Erica, did an outstanding job of keeping us informed, working through the warranty approvals, and managing the logistics with the service team on our Brinkley. The whole service team and body shop did a great job on the extensive repair list.

Nice staff. The facility is clearly capable of handling a large volume of work. This stands out among the smaller non-related dealership that I was previously going to for service.
PJ listened to what we were looking for and got us what best fit our request. Process was easy. They made sure the camper was working properly before we took it. PJ in sales and Mike in finance were great. The walk through of the camper by the young blonde gentleman was insightful (sorry I forgot your name).
