Service group was great. Chuck was on the ball getting us in. Steve walked around the unit checking for items that needed maintenance and fixing. The slide will need some attention and adjustments as it was not working properly. The service team was awesome to work with.

We lived full time in a Newmar Ventana class A for 5 years, camped for far longer than that, and have had experience with MANY dealers and service centers. General RV is by far the best we experience ever had. Bought a new Brinkley 3515 model z and these guys were amazing throughout the whole process. Even with a title issue with the fifth wheel we were trading in, General held our unit on deposit for a month while we got that squared away. Went above and beyond in our pickup/delivery and noticed several things we didn’t and ordered the parts ahead of time. Very happy with General!

A great experience as soon as you walk in the front desk got me set up with a sales guy. Marc was great getting me in to see a fifth wheel I saw online. Didn’t feel pressured and when I decided it was the ine for me set me up with Ashley who walked me through all my silly questions since this is my first time financing. I met the service and parts teams so I knew who to call with any issues or questions. Delivery was smooth the driver Yosvany was great getting it right in knowing how far the slides needed on each side. Even helped me level it so I was comfortable with how it sat. Charles was friendly and eager to help me get the answers I needed to make sure my lifted truck would work with a 5th wheel hookup. On my 2nd visit(pick up day), everyone was nice and assisting each other in order to make our transaction as smooth as possible. We have some outstanding items pending but I’m confident everything will be wrapped up in a few weeks. Highly recommend for your next RV purchase.
