Customer Testimonials
The sales lady was awesome, your warranty people are not very inviting
They had the part
Simple and no games
I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team at General RV in Elizabethtown. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. They even rolled out the red carpet for delivery, which was such a fun touch and really summed up the whole experience.
It started with Kelsey, who showed us all the RVs we were interested in and somehow managed to put up with us through the entire process 😂. She told us we were “fun clients,” and I’m choosing to believe she meant it! She was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed or pressured.
Then Antonio worked his magic on the numbers. He got me a fantastic price on our new Grand Design Lineage 30DC and gave me a much better number on my trade than I was expecting. I went into the process expecting negotiations to be the stressful part, but Antonio made it easy and got us to a deal I felt really good about.
Terrek did an awesome job getting all of the financing worked out and keeping everything moving behind the scenes, and Sierra was fantastic coordinating delivery, keeping us informed, and making sure the few small issues we found during delivery were documented and taken care of.
And of course, Saleena, who walked us through our new rig at delivery. She was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and made us feel completely comfortable with everything before we left. One thing that really stood out throughout the entire experience was just how knowledgeable everyone was about RVs. You could ask questions and actually get real answers.
We even decided on delivery day that we wanted to go look at another unit just because we were curious, and nobody acted inconvenienced or tried to rush us along. They were more than happy to accommodate us and let us check it out.
Then came the final financing and paperwork with **both Robs**, who were fantastic. What could have been the boring part of buying an RV ended up being genuinely fun. There was plenty of banter, laughs, and conversation while still making sure everything was explained and handled correctly.
Buying an RV is a big purchase, and after having some less-than-great experiences elsewhere in the RV world, this was exactly how buying one should feel. We never felt like we were just another sale. The entire team made the experience easy, fun, and memorable from the first walkthrough all the way through driving our new Lineage off the lot.
General RV Elizabethtown has put together one heck of a team. Kelsey, Antonio, Terrek, Sierra, Saleena, and both Robs, thank you for making the entire experience such a great one.
We absolutely love our new Grand Design Lineage 30DC, and General RV E-Town definitely earned a five-star review from us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Dave McGree our sales person was fantastic.
He was very knowledgeable with the Brinkley Model
He is an asset to your team. He is not your typical sales person. No hard sales he listens to our needs and nailed the 4 he showed us. We kept on going back and forth thru the units. Then we signed.
Everyone else there were great. When we came back to do walk thru and David met us and welcomed us. He may not be all over social media but that is what makes David David. He is down to earth honest person. My wife and I have told everyone we know what a great experience we had because of David. He has answered any questions we had even on his day off. That is the person you need to make a company great.
Everything from my purchase to service, all very good experiences.
Nice service getting hitched back up when leaving
Took care of the problem in one visit - we hope. Have not tried it yet.
We got a good start on roof issue & the shelf behind the bedroom tv.
Repair issues were done quickly and efficient. Wil was very helpful
Made me a priority!
I like that the internet sale associate Pat English stuck to the trade value presented over the phone, and I felt that it was a fair deal and the list price was the same as the other local dealers. The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was the monthly payment that was presented and agreed upon to me over the phone with internet sales Pat English and Adam Germain was $348 a month. When I sat down with Mike Quigley (business manger, he was great by the way) at Westchester General RV, he said that they made a mistake and had my residence listed as a PA residence. When they switched it to the New Jersey residence, my monthly payment went up 4 dollars a month. Now 4$ a month ain’t a big deal but over the course of the loan, that’s a 720$ difference, and Mike apologized but I have no idea how that could happen because I gave my address and information, plus they ran my credit, so it just sucked because it was kinda disheartening that’s all. Makes me wonder if it was a way to squeeze a few more dollars outta me.. and then the thing that bugged me the most was that after I purchased the RV and spent another 400$ ontop for a surge protector, as I’m driving home I just so happened to be checking my emails and I noticed at 10:10 AM that morning when I was sitting in Mike’s office signing the papers that I received an email for a $500 off my purchase of an RV. But I never opened the email because I was on the phone with Progressive insurance for the camper and I missed the “500$ off promo”. As I was reading the fine print, it said that the offer had to be presented before negotiations so that makes me think that they would’ve hid another $500 in the price of the unit somewhere and then just had taken it off had I presented Mike with the $500 coupon or it could’ve been the other way and had I looked at the email that $500 could have been the difference of the four dollars a month in payment. Again, just left a bad taste. I’m not gonna sit here and trash your company on social media or anything like that because I’m not that kinda person, I’m just bringing my experience to your attention so these mishaps can be learned from that’s all. Overall, It was a decent experience as a whole, but I gave a 10 because I know ratings make or break reputations and I’m not here to ruin anyone’s career. Thank you for your time. If you would like to contact me regarding any of these issues, please call me at Phone number removed and I would elaborate more on my experience.Take care.
Sales person David McGee was out standing, very patient, new his product helped us with the whole process,he was knowledgeable and sincere, everyone from finance, insurance, parts, and delivery were great!!!! Thanks Tim

Robert treated me very well. He also went above and beyond in finding me some information on spme other items.I would be happy to have Robert again as my service advisor. Thank you.
Prompt and kind service
Great overall experience. Alan was great to work with, as well as the guy who showed us the RV on the day of purchase. It did take a while to hook up and leave, due to an issue with the fridge not working, but no big deal. They lady that did the service work was great. I have already sent a friend to you guys and they ended up purchasing a brand new 5th wheel. I nice cooler or something would be a great appreciation gift.
We felt like we were treated fairly not pushy and product was as promised
Very pleasant buying experience from start to finish!
Salesmen Esteban Baez was great. Thanks Dan Flanagan for the great deal. Thank Chuck Bell for the financing. All at General RV treated us like VIPs.
Friendliness and fairness
Haley was fantastic and went above and beyond to get us in a motor coach that we wanted. We first met her at the Greensboro RV Show and 8 months later we circled back around to Haley and bought a 2024 Entegra .
After we closed the Deal on the The Coach we discovered a problem before leaving the Dealership and wanted to discuss it with General Management. (Haley was on Vacation) I was shocked at lack of concern the entire management group showed us. We waited for over 30 minutes after being there for 4 hours and none of the group had the nerve to come discuss the issue.
Finally Austin walked out to see the bad spot in the windshield that was not disclosed by the dealership.
Sales staff was great. Management needs to learn some professionalism and man up when there is a problem.
They did their best to get me exactly in the RV that I wanted! Super nice!
Quick service and informed staff
Karen was very professional and a pleasure to work with.
The people were very nice and took all the time we needed! We went back and forth 3 times to make sure we chose the right one and we did!
I liked the help I received. The employees however seemed angry and unhappy. I felt my return business wasn't that important.
The sales person was knowledgeable but not pushy.
Service

Up front with information as well as prompt service. As a first time customer I was impressed that employees were ready to help me at my appointment time.
