There honesty is beyond reproach- no promises made that they don’t follow through on. Heather in service has become like a family member to us . Great experience from the first call all the way until pulling away with our new camper! Worked with us to make sure we had everything we wanted at a price that worked for our family, offered extras but were not pushy when it didn’t make sense for us, flexible and patient with our kids coming along for the ride, consistent clear and open communication throughout the entire process. Plus the extra comfort of having a reliable, friendly place to bring our camper as the years go by!

Did not need to come to store to place my order. All interactions were over the phone until part was received from Grand Design. Courteous staff even loaded trim panel onto my vehicle.
