What I did not like, probably reflects the RV industry not general RV. I went in needing a repair, but ended up replacing the whole slide mechanism because of discontinued parts. Also have a door that is delaminated and broken. Did call grand design also, everyone seems to be ready for you to spend money, but no recourse when things fail. We were planning on buying a new fifth wheel, I am now contemplating whether to buy a new RV $80,000 with a one year guarantee something that I don’t know if I’m going to do. also have enjoyed working with Riley in sales. Service was great. They walked me through the solutions to my issues, set reasonable expectations, and then exceeded them

As far as a dealer experience can go, this one was pretty good. The main feedback is give would be to offer the service packages at the time of the deposit so I could opt-in to the services before the pickup date so things like the anti-mildew treatment could be done before hand. Could have taken a 4 hour process down to less than 2. Also would give me time to consider the packages (rather than skeptically declining most of it in person).

Great salesman, Allen ...no pressure....knowledgeable . Closing was easy. Kord with service helpful and knowledgeable. Kevin showed great patience when instructing us on the motorhome.
