Easy to set up service appointment. Chuck is a great help and kept me up to date on my service. Unfortunately had to drive from Jackson to pick up our van because parts were not available until January. Have to set up another appointment to complete the work when they come in.

I had exceptional experience at your General RV. TRACIE & Zero (and another young tech, I forgot his name). They ALL went above and beyond helping me get my step situation fixed. Not only was the service top notch but I felt the expense was fair also.

He explained Winterization and other recommended services needed to maintain our trailer.

It has been a pleasure working with Danny as my service advisor and he along with Jeannie and another gentleman stayed past their working hours to get me checked out and air up my class A tires to the correct pressure. Great customer service.

The downside of my service visit was a lack of sweeping and cleaning up from the work that was completed inside the camper and they installed new doors on the washer/dryer cabinet but didn’t include any handles or knobs to open the doors. Not sure how that makes any sense.

The last issue was the parts person who checked my water compartment to see what Newmar whole house water filter was needed failed to close properly the swinging door to latch it closed. On my way home on the interstate it flung open and luckily didn’t get hit by other vehicles and by the time I stopped the screws were stripped that holds on the retractable hinge that connects to the panel. Bad outcome overall and I’ve had to jury rig the screws to partially hold onto the panel. I’ll need to resolve the still strippped screws that are barely holding onto.

Initial sales representative was knowledgeable and helpful. He listened and responded to our questions.

Jarrell was helpful, professional and courteous. He had a lot of information to share regarding the travel trailer.

Greg was very personable, shared detailed information and was patient with our questions. The finance manager was also very helpful.

The people and the huge inventory

Every one was very nice and helpful, and my service advisor, Javier Lara, definitely went out of his way to make winterizing our camper a painless and pleasant experience.

General RV is really clean, modern and bright. The store area is useful, the waiting area is great for customers, and the service bays are truly impressive.

Service is great.. sales is terrible. We had a five hundred dollar credit and went to use it. It had been deleted. Sales also sold us a damaged trailer saying it was new. The parts department is fantastic .I will recommend service and parts. Sales I advise to go to camping world.

Everybody was very friendly and knowledgeable- I felt like I was dealing with ethical people that took customer satisfaction very seriously. A much better experience than I had with other RV sales companies!

Shawn Robey, our Service Writer, listen's to our concerns and then works to get them taken care of. The Tech that fixed our Kitchen Slide did an amazing job. The slide is going in and out with ease and it did not leak. The body shop tech worked diligently to complete the estimate for the insurance company, striving to fix the motorhome the "right" way.
