From the initial contact to delivery of our new RV everyone was so nice, knowledgeable, and happy to help in any way possible. The store is run very well. Our salesperson Richard was new there and he was amazing. Highly recommend buying your RV here!!

It was fairly easy to arrange service and drop off the unit. The service was completed in a timely manner.

It was a good experience. We liked Patricia in service. She really tried hard to help us. But we think some of the things could of been fixed before we got the coach.

My experience was very good. We found a few things to fix in our walk through and all but one was taken care of. That item was that the shower was filling up faster than the drain could handle. Yesterday I took a look at it and remove the rectangular grate and then removed the screw in the center of the screen which was very tight. At that point the water flowed out quickly. I put it back together without the screw.

There are a few new issues I found that Brinkley Customer Care and Lippert is addressing.

One thing I noticed yesterday is in several places on the rig are label notices to "see the manual for info". On my last RV which was a Solitude there was a big wire bound Solitude book that came with it. I don't have any manual in the bag with the papers that came with the appliances. Was I supposed to get a Brinkley Manual?

No pressure shopping extremely helpful and knowledgeable we knew going in what type of RV that we wanted. They were very helpful making our dreams come true would like to thank all the staff that helped us from the salesman Paul extremely polite, extremely helpful. Also thank you to Rachel. The girl that did our walk-through and a very special. Thanks to. Toi in finance she extremely helpful and understanding our needs one last shout out to the sales manager, Robert it was a pleasure working with you guys. Tracy our service advisor has been terrific. Communication has been very good regarding the service of our motorhome. The amount of time required to solve our issues could be improved. Most recently our motorhome required 6 weeks to resolve.
