The Service Manager, Olivia Cohen, is one of the best Service Managers I have ever worked with for my RV’s and Car Vehicles!! She is well informed, knowledgeable, efficient, and is extremely personable, when she is helping you with your issues. She always comes through for me whether I’m at your dealership or on the road, on vacation. I can call her and she helps me solve a simply problem, or sets up a prompt appointment to resolve my issues as soon as I get home with my travel trailer. I bring my travel trailer from Sturgis, Michigan to get it serviced for all things, because Olivia is there. I trust her, have told several of my trailer friends to look her up, to get great service for their trailers or RV’s, and efficient time management for them and their trailers. I think she should get a raise!!

From Brian butterfield to the finances and our service team was great. We love the RV and for a used one it was very well cleaned and very well maintained.
The whole experience from the sales person to picking it up was excellent
Overall well organized. Only improvement suggestion is that I was not aware that I was supposed to wait. Would have made a morning appointment instead.

I wa Ted to upgrade my AC in the front of our Brinkley (bedroom) it created a few other issues but General RV stuck with it and got it all done and working great! We appreciate the hard work and help the gave along the way. I’ve had a great experience purchasing and owning my Trailer with General RV.
The “keep you camping” experience.
Brenda in the service department was a pleasure to work with. She was on top of all the repairs needed. She kept in touch with me every step of the process.. Christina the service manager was also very accommodating and great to deal with. Will go back for any other services needed.
Cameron Peck was an excellent Service Advisor and helped to get the replacement part in to replace a failed TV located on the outside of this Sunseeker RV
We needed to get it back in order to park it in a Garage for the winter months. He managed to get the in to service a couple days earlier that help us meet our schedule.
Only complaint would be a replacement Users Manual for the Connexx 27” TV as it is newer that the older failed unit and operating is not the same. Can’t find user manual online for this exact TV that was replaced.

I thought that Shannon Lowe, Hafin Clawson, Dav and Gary Huber and Abby and other Guest Coordinator‘s were all helpful and courteous and dealing with me.
The process was slightly more cumbersome because I was not available in person and doing everything remotely nonetheless, they responded very well

I brought my Alliance Delta Ultralight RK234 for some warranty repairs that occurred during my first camping trip after buying my trailer this past June. I called on a Friday while still at the campground. General RV was able to get me in as part of their Keep Them Camping Program because the issues I was experiencing were rated as camping critical. I met with Mike Johnson the Service Advisor who did an excellent job. I asked who the RV Tech was and was told he name was Paige who solved all my problems and also did an excellent job. Mike recorded my issues, gave me a realistic idea of time it may take and we went through each of the problems. When the repairs were completed Mike walked through each repair to make sure it was done. One question regarding the furnace repair, Mike reached out to Paige who answered my question. I was so appreciative to get all the repairs done in that visit. Great job Mike and Paige!
The service manager, Steve is great! He explains things, is patient, knowledgeable and very customer focused. Kathy was helpful as well.
