It was a lot to do with grand design. Our trailer warranty was two weeks past due and general RV recommended call the grand design corporate office and it ended up that they still use our warranty and we didn’t have to pay anything on any repairs.
The service team was responsive to our immediate need, made time to ensure we understood what was going on, fit us into their busy schedule, treated us with respect and were great at communicating as things evolved during our inspection. We could not have been in better hands! 10 out of 10!
All the personnel are professional and friendly. Mr. Rob Sweeney was great and took the time to ensure we understood everything we needed to know about our new RV on his tour. He answered additional questions I had when I emailed him for help. He is very professional and most eager to ensure we were happy with our purchase. He taught Larry how to video his presentation to ensure we would always have his answers on hand. It was the best experience I’ve had when purchasing anew RV. Thank you General RV and Rob.👍

We bought our new RV in Tampa but we live near the new Winter Garden RV so brought our new class B van there for service.
The motorhome had some serious squeaks and the toilet was broken.

After purchasing our American Coach Tradition I was unhappy with the communication and follow-up while my coach was in for service.
After speaking to a service manager, I was assigned a new service advisor, and I started working with Bonnie Bernard.
Ever since my first interaction with Bonnie, my service experience has made a complete turnaround. Bonnie does a great job communicating and managing. She is always reachable and has taken the time to address issues. We were on a trip and had an issue and I reached out to Bonnie, and she was able to assist and helped us solve the problem and we were over 1,000 miles away.
Bonnie has restored my confidence with General RV, and I wanted to share our experiences with Bonnie and recognize her continued excellent representation of General RV.

Ordered some warranty parts. I think they’re having trouble with one of their employees. I did it twice with her over several months and no luck. The last person I talked to I think Amanda was her name. She handled it very well and I got the parts quickly.
