Our service writer Brandon was excellent, and the work was done in a very timely manner. We had a leak and he got us in quickly.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The entire process was smooth - handoffs between departments didn’t leave us feeling lost or overlooked. I, personally, would’ve preferred some explanation/preparation of what the process would look like in advance, but now being on the other side of it, it’s clear all the people involved know their parts.
The team at the Mt Clemens location have been extremely helpful every time. I have been going to this location for years and have always had great service. Christina, Lori, Walt and Mattie are awesome.

Everything about the process of buying an rv was smooth and seamless from the searching process to the financing and walk through. We were very impressed with the service. Everyone in the building was friendly and welcoming. So far they have met every need and then some.
 
   
  
Great customer service. Parts
Department is excellent also. Customer service while picking up your RV after a repair or something added to your RV should be improved. Someone should show you the repair or addition to the RV and how it works exactly.
