Our service writer/service representative, Chaz, was by far the best service representative that I have ever dealt with in 50 years of dealing with auto dealerships and RV dealerships. He was polite, informative, and knowledgeable. When I asked him a question, if he didn’t know the answer, or was unsure of the answer, he went to the Service tech or the service manager in order to obtain the correct information. This young man should be employee of the year. I hope his attitude and concern for his customers never change.

Cameron Large and the management of General RV went above and beyond to see that our problem with our former RV was completely resolved. They stood behind their product completely and not only resolved our problem but, helped us get a newer and better RV. Thanks again to Cameron, Ivan and CJ for going far beyond the call of duty.

My only complaint is during the installation of the hitch someone dented/scraped the tailgate of my truck. When I noticed it and brought it to the attention of one of the service people it was denied and I chose not to make an issue.
We really liked the professionalism displayed by Clayton Fletcher. He truely was outstanding and guided us thru the process to success.

The made the transaction easy. They were responsive to our questions and worked with our tight schedule. They were also cognitive of the we are 3 hrs away and made sure we didn't have yo make extra trips.

Work completed when ptomised
It was great. Our sales rep was able to show me all the layouts and feature variations I was looking to evaluate in the range of trailers I wanted to stay in. She was well versed in the inventory and was able to show me other options that fit my needs in addition to the one I was there to see. The rest of the team was excellent as well. I had an easy purchase experience.

Alan & I had a rough go at the beginning of the process to get me back on the road, however by the end Alan delivered and helped me understand the process and we shook hands and off I went on my merry way! I appreciated General’s RV concern and willingness to make things right. All in all I am happy with the result.

I know that needing a camper is not typically classified as an emergency, but in this case it was. I needed to relocate quickly to be with my child during a prolonged time of medical treatment. Robert was my salesman and he was very friendly from the start. I love that he admitted what he didn't know and was good about telling me what he did know. He showed me quite a few options that met my need and did not try to high pressure sell me something out of my range or more than I could handle. When we were ready to talk numbers, Alex got involved and was also very personable and got me to a final number I was comfortable with. Greg in finance I think was more stressed than I was about getting the payment with the best lender. He was extremely communicative and professional throughout the process. He was successful in finding a reputable lender that came in below what my goal payment was. Jason gave me a very thorough run through the camper. He again made excellent recommendations on additional things I might need without trying to oversell me on a bunch of nonessential items. I am so sorry that I have forgotten the gentleman's name that installed my hitch and jack motor. He made me very comfortable with everything. I am thankful for this team that made this the least of my worried in an already highly stressful situation.
Our service writer (Bonnie) has been absolutely fantastic. She has completed everything she said she would do. Communicates with us very well and has followed up on all questions and all items of our interests.
Our service tech (Steve) took time to go over everything he has done and more. Super helpful.

Josh Myer was very knowledgeable about trailers in general and very pleasant to deal with. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. We bought a 2 year old used rig that had a copule of issues that needed to be addressed. The shop guys addressed those issues while we were completing the paperwork.
It was a very positive buying experience.

I've been camping since 1966, and now I get to go Glamping in my new ALINER. Thank you to everyone at General RV....you guys are awesome.
