Our service advisor Claudia is awesome she is very thorough and helped us a lot with all of our issues with our brand new camper .The only reason I would recommend somebody going to the General Rv is because of her . We have had alot of problems with are camper which is mostly because of the manufacturer not the General Rv .She was able to help us so much because the camper was still under warranty .

We had a good overall buying experience.
We recently had our RV serviced and we were very pleased with the experience. Our service manager was Chad and he was very professional and friendly. Chad kept us informed every step of the way while they had our RV. He took the time to answer all of our questions and thoroughly explained what they were doing and made sure we understood. Though they had the RV longer than we expected (we weren’t planning any trips during that time) everything was completed to our expectation and the RV returned clean and in great condition!

Loved an RV and decided to trade ours. The catch was we had to have everything finalized by Monday afternoon because we had to fly out Tuesday. They pulled it off with time to spare. It was a very smooth process. We love the new RV along with their service. Highly recommend. Thanks to everyone who had a hand in getting this done for us.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our service advisor, Sandy, kept us informed of the progress on our RV. Kenny expertly installed the solenoid and tested everything before turning out rig over to us. The overall service was outstanding.

Prompt, professional and courteous.
Everyone was so helpful from the sales staff to the service department. We needed to spend the night to get everything moved from one camper to the other and they set us up with water and electricity making our transformation go that much smoother. Everyone would stop by and check on us asking if we needed anything. General RV was extremely nice to work with.
