Everything went very smooth
It was personable. Everyone was friendly and considerate with the kiddos in tow for pick up. We got a personal walkthrough and it was worth it for me being we are first time RV owners. Upgraded from tent camping.
Though there were multiple issues with the brand new Integra accolade 37MXL RV we bought,from the Wayland MI General RV, the crew at Draper Utah did an amazing job, fixing things as fast as they could. Great vibes, hard work, good humor, and great work.
Enthusiastically repairing my rv that i bought someplace else. Other dealership refused to do the warranty work, and general is in the process of correcting several things.

Walk through of our new RV went very well and was informative. All of our questions were answered.
On the negative side I called the parts department the day before and got an answering machine three times, left a message every time but didn’t get a call back.
As a new customer to General Rv they definitely set the bar high on customer satisfaction and experience. I had questions they could not be answered immediately but they made sure they found the answers before I left. The only thing that I would critique is the length of time waiting and the new purchase process. Don’t get me wrong it was great, there was just a lot of down time. That is most likely due to staffing and being busy post RV Show hangover. Keep up the good work.

Everyone was professional, pleasant & had great knowledge of their particular expertise. However the confusion & long wait time to get my RV fell short of the Birch Run facility getting a 10.

Friendly bottom line up front sales, service, and financing. Seriously we were asked to select a hero of the sale but we can’t choose just one. The entire process has been fantastic from start to finish.
We had picked up our new used fifth wheel and went we got home at 5:30 there was an electrical problem. Started calling various people at 5:40 I was able to connect with Jeff. He told me to bring it in the morning. I got there about 9:10 and the serviceman told me to pull in was he was aware I was going to be there. He got his testing meters and started checking things. Jeff came out and asked me to come in to fill out paperwork. They ended up pulling it in a bay and got the problem fixed.
The service dept made sure I was good to go. Very helpful and friendly!
Ron and Scott were very professional and kind. They answered questions readily and were willing to help. There was no hard sell from anyone.
The facility was clean and open and welcomed those who walked into the store.
I can’t thank Johnathon Murray enough for giving us the utmost service!!! He went the full Mike to correct a problem the day before!!!! If it wouldn’t have been for Jonathan we would have walked out the door!!!! I can’t say enough about him and how he made some really happy customers!!!!
