I did not like paying the 2.7% due to using a credit card. And I would not have used my credit card, but I didn’t have my debit card with me. I think it should be made aware to the customers before they pick up.
This is the first time I'm working with the service department - and so far so good, easy to set up an appointment and pretty thorough inspection report for fix-it items.

Javier Lara is an excellent service advisor. Very customer focused and keeps me up to date with the progress. I hope you can keep him around. Richard the shop foreman that goes over everything with you is always excellent, and allowed me to exercise the slides in and out to reassure me all is well.
My service Mr Azar was great. Very helpful in getting the service work done in a timely manner and making sure I was aware of the work that was done. I have worked over the past 18 months with Mr Azar on many warranty issues all of which he was extremely helpful in getting completed. We really liked the experience of picking up our camper, showing us through it and how the hitch system worked was great. Bandana Mike was very helpful, as was the man who showed us all about the camper.
