Had my 5th wheel in for some various warranty work. My service advisor, Nikki, kept me posted every few days on status, and the work was done as requested. They had to order a couple of parts and offered to ship them to me instead of me needing to bring the camper back (I live 90 minutes away).

Mark Mello was my service writer he was on top of all warranty paperwork and kept me updated on everything they preformed all work requested in a timely manner have already suggested General Rv services to golf buddies

Everyone was knowledgable
To be lucky enough to have had a new salesman who was not pushy. There are many types of people's personalities. I do not do well with pushy salesmen. Our salesman, Talon Swindle, worked with us to accomplish our goals.
My service advisor,Nick Williams was easy to work with and our tech, Joe Odil was very thorough in diagnosing and repairing the damage on our travel trailer.

He provided updates well beyond my expectations, was accommodating, knowledgeable, patient, and throughout the whole process I knew he was doing everything he could do for me to get this resolved.
I also want to give recognition to the technician who came out a few different times to troubleshoot along side me when I was there testing the repairs. He was incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I don’t remember his name but Brett may remember who that was.
And to Brett’s manager, thank you for taking the time to assist in figuring out this matter and for calling me to thoroughly explain the status of the repair. You have an incredible team and I will for sure be using you all for my next service needs and for when we decide to upgrade our camper in the future.
