North Canton General RV parts/service dept is a 10. They make you feel solving a problem is their only mission. Other RV stores make you feel like they’re doing you a favor even talking with the customer. In either case, it makes the decision where to go for RV needs easy, North Canton General RV.

We enjoyed our sales and finance team. They worked in tandem to provide us the ultimate experience. It seems our sales person had every department lined up and scheduled to hold our hand through the process, Financing was ready, the vehicle had some issues that was resolved quickly, Operations and PDI was addressed in a timely Mannie…. In addition the accessaries we needed was purchased with out a lot of extra fluff and no forced selling. Also taking time and introducing us to key people along the way. This was indeed the best buying experience we have ever had. Thank you to GRV!!!
