Process is very organized
It was all very efficient with one exception. You failed to remove the sales stickers in various locations in the van. When I did no amount of care would allow me to remove the sticker from the bathroom door without ripping the wallpaper. Winnebago has failed to get back to me about the manufacturer and pattern number of the wallpaper telling me to return to the seller dealership 420 miles away. I will buy the wallpaper (reluctantly) but I need the specifics.
Service is much improved since the management changes last year! Gracely was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient and I appreciate it.

Since we didn't eat before we arrived we were starving by the time the demo was over and ( i wish I could remember her name)....was so nice to get some food that was there for the out of town help . Saved the day....so greatful

Salesman was direct and didn’t give us the typical sales person act and lie to us. Told us exactly what would work for us and when we told him we didn’t like a unit, he never once pressured and immediately brought us to another unit.
Me and my wife is very pleased in how your hold operation works. Had a wonderful time wife Chuck and Lou plus the rest of the team. You still owe me a1/4 of a fuel tank.

Easy process to have repairs done to my camper
Heather was amazing! Not to not did she ensure we were back on the road timely (we were lucky enough for our slide to fail while in Gilbert versus the numerous remote places we had been prior!) she realized we had food in frig and made sure RV was plugged in the entire time they had it. The entire team was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable… simply awesome! We bought our RV from General RV and have visited many General RV’s since then. The Mesa crew stands out head and shoulders above others!!
