The best part of General RV has been the people. Our salesperson, Chris Isaacs, was a pleasure to work with and really what pushed us to make the decision to purchase with General RV over the competitors. Our orientation/walkthrough was handled by Kelly and he was amazing also. He was knowledgeable, patient and truly seems to enjoy helping people. Jon Etter made the final paperwork seamless and enjoyable. He was personable and followed through on all the items we discussed.

He kept us informed and he and the mechanic who worked on our unit were very informative and addressed the needs of our trailer in an utmost professional manner going above and beyond with compassion.
