The sales staff was friendly, very knowledgeable where you were not pushed into buying something we didn’t want. We’re disgusted with the salesman and the sales manager and we was led into the right direction and we got an RV that we love for a price that was more than fair and reasonable. Worked hard to get what we wanted and succeeded we were we were presented our RV. It was serviced cleaned and everything was checked on it to make sure that it was working correctly and appropriately. The service advisor Amanda Alamo listen to my concerns that I had for the repairs I needed. She was able to get me in without an appointment and have me back on the road within a matter of a couple hours. She’s Amazing.

Each store worked diligently to get my camper ready as I had traveled from Wisconsin to purchase it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone from receptionists all the way to the manager were great.

Samatha our personal RV escort for our rig review and checkout was FANTASTIC......very patience with all our questions and documented all things to have further checked out in service......there again at rig pickup and so helpful....even took pictures for us. Response to items needing attention has been very good so far. Looking forward to a good long term relationship with the Winter Garden General RV location.

Everyone was very nice. The dealership was huge, clean, and stocked with supplies. We had an issue with the camper originally ordered at the Hershey show was not delivered and our order was resubmitted, which pushed delivery back about 6 weeks. Mo in NC was helpful and kept us informed while we waited for the correct camper to be delivered.

Every team member seemed to do whatever they could to make sure everything was done right. They also seemed connected to each other and the company.

The sales staff was very helpful in selecting our camper and working through the deal. When problems were found with the unit we the unit we planned to purchase they quickly located another unit in the area and had it brought in. Our sales rep Hillary was especially pleasant to work with.

The facility is beautiful

Prompt fast response, friendly people, I love their coffee hazelnut, make sure all your questions or answered in a timely manner and when you call them, they call you back the same day.
