First of all, I want to apologize for not completing this in a timely manner. I wanted to have all of the services corrected so I could comment on the different section personnel who contributed to this successful purchase.
We stopped at the dealership and were greeted by Ryan W. We gave him our budget and what we wanted the RV to have. Ryan went through his list and came up with five different rigs to look at and took us out to the lot. We went through each of the rigs, thanked him and left, to discuss what we saw. During our time with Ryan, there was no pressure sales or "this rig won't be here much longer" from him. He was very easy to work with.
Our finance advisor, Rob Y was great to work with during the purchase. When he went over the different coverages and programs with us, there was no pressure or "deadlines" given. The paperwork was simple and easy to understand and complete.
When it came time for us to go over our new RV, we were met by Saleena. This person knew the rig inside and out. She went over every switch, every application, and every appliance.
We were told about the different warranties and what was applicable. Within 2 weeks of bringing the rig home, we went on our first trip which was the perfect time to see how everything worked. We found some items that needed attending to. When we got back home, we scheduled an appointment to bring the rig in to get the items addressed. We were met by Missy H. She went over our list and helped get the items fixed.
In conclusion, our experience with General RV was great. This purchase was the third RV my wife and I have made. The staff were awesome and very professionalism. They treated us like VIPs and all of our questions and concerns were answered and taken care of. I had more to note, but had to reformat my review.

Brett was very responsive to my concerns about my class B Sprinter and I like the general inspection aspect of my visit.

What I didn’t like was the inspection fee, not that I mind paying for a service but that I wasn’t informed about it prior to coming in.

Overall, I really like the dealership and would buy my next class B from GRV.

Will Moore, our service advisor, once again exceeded our expectations. Patient and ready to provide full explanations on the resolution of each of our issues, he left us confident that they had been addressed to our satisfaction.

The front desk and Parts crews also exhibited a friendly customer service attitude during all our interactions.

Jeff in service was extremely helpful. He took care of all of our concerns and maintenance issues in a timely manner. He made our visit easy and quick.
