Every single employee with whom we interacted was phenomenal! They were friendly and helpful, taking the time to answer all our questions and give food for thought about possible future modifications. We called with an issue and they worked us in immediately; other places tried to schedule us for 2 weeks out which is completely useless when you have trouble. We highly recommend General RV!

The parts crew worked together to get exactly what I needed to fix my RV. They were knowledgeable and very helpful.
The women at reception treat you like a guest in their home. Very welcoming! My contact, Will, was helpful and thorough and is always a pleasure to work with. The man at checkout is always great at providing information & possible supplies I may need. Nick (?), the man who inspects my motorhome for service, is also excellent. Tell him I’ll improve on my “C+” grade he gave me for my sealant job.
I brought the motorhome in for summerization, an issue with the tires, and a generator oil change/inspection. When I left the dealership and arrived at my destination, I discovered my trunk door was open. I was confused as there is no access to water or generator. Gave me suspicious feelings. Further, I had to ask twice for fresh water, which I didn’t think wad much to ask. Only halfway filled

The associate that helped us find and order new recliners was very helpful.
We had issues with getting water into tank. They got a tech out to talk to us. When we got home ant tried what he said it seemed to be what was wrong. Thank you
Every one of the employees were exceptional. Very polite and kind! When it comes time to trade in, we will be back! we are bringing our daughter to come by an RV within the next three or four months and we will only shop at General RV!
Service dept. was incredible!
Technical knowledge, customer focused, willingness to make things correct (PDI). The team including Seleena and Bret went above and beyond including prepping our unit for an onsite boondocking. However, as constructive feedback, I did not care for the sales pitch of add-ons at the very end of a long day of walk through and paperwork (tire protection, insurances, etc.). It would be better to offer in advance as a pre read to familiarize and research rather than feeling overwhelmed in a pressure sales pitch.
