Not super happy about the TPSM system that was sold to me and installed. The coach is already prepped for this and could have saved me hundreds of dollars if someone would have just told me this instead of selling me a whole TPSM system. And then for $202.50 installation all they did was clipped the wires on to the battery posts and screwed the sensors onto the tire valve stems. I was taken for a ride on that transaction. Everything else is great but that I was ripped off on.

Well, we met some wonderful people who from the beginning make us feel at home and answer all our questions . They did whatever they could to make sure we were able to get the RV we wanted . They’re very polite experience and pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work and thank you all very much. We love our new coach. Our salesman Rob Klingelheber was amazing and made the process enjoyable and fun! There was a couple small hiccups along the way but he steamrolled right thourgh them for us and took care of everything!

From start to finish, Ty kept me up to date with the process of my camper repairs. Even if there were no significant updates, he still checked in with me. At the time I picked up my camper, the quality of the work was great, much more than I was anticipating. It was an all around great experience that bloomed from a not great situation.

Everyone I dealt with was amazing. Travis was pleasant to talk to while he did the initial inspection of my camper. Dealing with Dan throughout the entire process made everything much easier and enjoyable. I even got to meet Ryan, the tech who worked on my camper. He was presented with an interesting problem and spoke with me personally to rectify it. I couldn't recommend this location enough!

The fact that our sales person, Robert Ouellette, was able to get us through the confussion of reviewing available units and dealing with not having the unit desired on site but having one transferred to your location for our review and eventual purchase.

What I liked about my experience with General RV was that I found every employee interacted with to be genuinely caring and compassionate good hearted people. It is comforting to know they are willing to come together in team like manner to resolve any indifference or misunderstanding satisfactorily for the consumer, thereby making it easy to refer a prospective buyer or friend to General RV, and already have. On another note, my husband loved the kindness of the people at the front desk, and especially the warm cookies!
