She was very thorough addressing any concerns with my RV, and even resolved some of the issues herself that ended up being me not understanding how some equipment worked. She went above and beyond to get me back on the road the last time I was there. She deserves a raise! Really!

Knowledgeable and professional staff. Quick response to questions. Cheynan went above and beyond to help us get the RV we wanted. Travis was awesome during our walk through. Took his time to explain everything and answer questions. Even threw in a couple of jokes at no charge! David has been helpful getting our one warranty issue resolved.

They were very nice and very courteous. Everybody was pleasant. They were very informative. Took care of all our needs. They are great place to get a camper from. I did a lot of shopping. I went to several. I’m when I say several I mean plenty of RV dealerships trying to find the right place to get my RV from and General RV took care of us the best by far.

Thoroughness of the walk thru, paperwork and friendliness of the staff.

I had several warranty issues as well as regular maintenance done at this location for the first time. Tracy was excellent to work with and worked diligently to get the warranty company to do their part, not an easy task I know. It took some time to complete all of the work but it was done very well. The technician did a great job. We even had a wall repaired and you’d never know it. I was informed with updates throughout the process and very much appreciate that.
