Thoroughness of the walk thru, paperwork and friendliness of the staff.
I had several warranty issues as well as regular maintenance done at this location for the first time. Tracy was excellent to work with and worked diligently to get the warranty company to do their part, not an easy task I know. It took some time to complete all of the work but it was done very well. The technician did a great job. We even had a wall repaired and you’d never know it. I was informed with updates throughout the process and very much appreciate that.

This being our second RV purchase at General RV, we appreciated the service level at Ocala. A year and a half ago in West Chester the experience was not positive, except for one individual, Dawson Nyquist. His influence and leadership is very evident at Ocala. The professional attitude of everyone we met there made us feel like we made the right choice in giving General RV another chance. Trading in our old (2025) coach was easy and our new coach was ready and waiting for us. We only wish our main residence wasn’t 1000 miles away!

No B.S. sales pitch. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. Our questions were patiently answered in detail with helpful tips, including questions asked to the service team. If we ever upgrade our travel trailer, we will go back to purchase from General RV..

Staff cooperated to help me coordinate my personal schedule to drop off my trade then give me a ride of an hour and a half from my home to the store to pick up my new motorhome. Negotiation was cordial and straightforward.
This was our 4th purchase over the years but 1st with General RV. Our sales rep Ryan Cox was fantastic with his follow up and putting together a deal that was fair. When Ryan was out of town He had Darryl step in to take care of us. There was no pressure here, never pushy just informative. Justin in finance listened about our previous experience with a different dealer and took the time to explain things and did not make us feel rushed. From start to finish the Ashland dealership was top notch, professional, organized and friendly every step of the way. This dealership most certainly exceeded our expectations!
