I recently purchased a new Brinkley travel trailer from General RV and had a fantastic experience from beginning to end.
Sam was outstanding right from the start. He conducted a detailed technical inspection of the new Brinkley, explaining every aspect with patience and expertise. His kind, professional, and thorough approach gave me complete confidence in the vehicle I was buying.
Carlos, the technician, also did an excellent job supporting the delivery and final preparations. He was very professional, attentive to detail, and made sure everything was in perfect condition before we took delivery.
The entire team — from Finance and the Manager to the Front Desk staff — was cheerful, helpful, and truly made the whole process enjoyable and seamless. Their positive energy and teamwork turned the purchase of our new Brinkley into a smooth and excellent experience.

How they handled my experience. It was a long 6 months. I was very patient. Even though things did not go as planned, they were very understanding. Christian, Megan, and Kayte helped me out very much and made sure I was satisfied!
