First off, Deron Hoelle is the absolute best Service Advisor. Deron is the only reason I would've taken a chance on buying a second motorhome from General RV Ocala Fl. He is always there to assist and doesn't offer BS answers or fixes.

Great team at General RV, all departments are very professional, efficient at what they do and quick to help with any issue we had.

General RV was able to get our rig in quickly, fast diagnosing the trouble, part ordered and installed next day so we were back on the road quickly.
