5 out of 5 stars. April, our service advisor, kept the whole visit running like a well-oiled machine and took great care of us on Terry's recliner issue — smooth communication from start to finish. Perry is the generator guru of the bunch — he diagnosed our generator issue faster than we could say "why won't this thing start." If diagnosing skills and customer service were Olympic sports, these two would be bringing home the gold. 10/10 — General RV's service department is the reason RV problems feel a little less stressful.
The team at General was excellent to work with. This is my third rv bought from General and this one was the best. Kudos to Blake and Weston!

Our Sales Representative Kyle Crowe was very helpful and patient as we spent several hours with him looking at different models and floor plans.
When took delivery the walk thru went smooth, a couple of items were corrected, the hitch gear set up was very good.
We have been looking for a travel trailer in the 21-25 ft box range for 5 years. Our sales person, Laura Robertson was very knowledgeable and understanding to our needs. Yes, buying a trailer is similar to doing a car deal, we’ve been to all the Southern Florida fair grounds shows and toured dealers within 300 miles of home. We know with all product markets the up and downs in cost plus having to finance trailers are in a higher interest rate range.
The Ft Pierce team, manager Roger? Jagger and Mike in finance worked diligently, even with our frustrating attitude, to get us into our trailer. The final inspection clean up a vehicle for items found and release of trailer was hectic, but we got there late for our appointment and it pushed things into closing time on a Saturday. The new 2026 does have a couple of issues to fix, but we know they’ll be resolved, so there’s no concerns for us.
Oh yes and a shout out to Danny in West Palm Beach. That location didn’t have enough inventory in the range we were looking for and he was very gracious and happy that we bought from General RV. The WPB location is closer and Jagger let us know we can use any location in the country so we may also work with them on service and parts as well.

Our needs with regard to checking on a recall issue are being met. At our appointment, it was determined that work needs to be done and an appointment was made for the work to be done in a month or so.

The service technician concern with my specific situation. Being on the road and having to stay in a motel room for three days not only made it inconvenient but expensive too. I was a couple of hours early for my 2:00 pm appointment and Gil my service advisor was out to lunch. Leo stepped up and took my information and got it logged into the system so when Gil came back from lunch he was able to get right on it. The service tech (Jose?) sorry can’t remember his name for sure was extremely knowledgeable and ran diagnostics and pinpointed the issue with my controller right away and worked with INTECH to make the necessary fix and get me back on the road by Saturday! Thanks to everyone including Shauna who helped me get my rig loaded Saturday morning. Everyone was so helpful! And two days later I’m in Rapid City South Dakota!

A delivery I asked the driver if he wanted me to lower the stabilizer jacks he said yes I asked him what size socket it took. He told me three-quarter inch socket so I got my power pack out started alone and broke one of them electric motors. He says oh I forgot their electric so I am waiting to see how general are handles it before I have opinion.
