The check in went great and so did the walkthrough, we found that very helpful. We had some additional things done to the unit while we were there which prolonged our time there but all in all it was a good day. We found that Lisa and Zach both did a great job of keeping us updated on progress and how things were going in the shop and that helped a lot.
So far we are pleased with General RV as a whole and we certainly hope that our confidence in them and their ability to continue to work with us in the future continues.
Easy to make a service appointment. I didn’t like that they told us they would not be able to recharge the Freon in our A/C unit if that was the problem. They should have told us about this limitation when we were making the appointment specifically to get the A/C fixed.

Matt my service write up guy is fantastic. He is very thorough with his customers and tries to help any way he can.
Although they couldn’t fix my AC fan issue because it was a Ford issue, they did get me in to diagnose the problem very quickly.
We had an excellent salesman, service person that walked us through the couch and an amazing financial representative. If ever anyone asked me about the service provider, I will gladly recommend them highly to general RV. Let them know we appreciated them.

We had done our homework prior to coming in. We knew the unit we wanted. We were given plenty of of time to look inside and out. All questions that we had were answered. On the day of pick up, the gentleman went thoroughly through the unit with us, assuring we knew everything about the unit. General RV is the only dealership I will deal Erin from here on out.

It was a great experience from Sales person to delivery coordinator to demo and service tech took his time to show me how to hook up 5th wheel hitch being first timer. The. FI guy Jesse did a great job helping my wife and I to protect our new Rig. The badges and red carpet was awesome did not expect that. We know you have to make a profit but we felt very comfortable in our purchase with you guys. Look forward to winter class and establishing a relationship w service. The staff responded immediately to my issues in regard to propane leaks with my regulator. They explained the options, found the part, and installed it and had me back on the road as soon as possible. Everyone from the techs to the service personnel were great.
