The whole experience from shopping for a new RV the process was smooth and easy, then the walk through was great as they went over everything with us. The walk through to different departments was great as they introduced us to the parts Department etc. The people there are very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely be back in the future if and when we get a new RV, and I will definitely refer people. It was a great experience!

Service representative Nikki in Ashland is always on top of her game. When we delivered our motorhome for service she greeted us warmly, handled the exchange quickly and kept us informed on weekly updates. She is always pleasant and will pursue to get us in and out in the shortest time possible. She is a star of the show. The store is always clean and easy to get in and out.
The salesmen were very helpful and willing to insure every question was answered. Made us feel very comfortable with our first time purchase of an RV.
We had an issue with the first Coachmen travel trailer that I really wanted. We decided against buying it. No fault of General RV. I will tell you the store mgr. came over and gave us three options. Which we decided to look for another trailer. Matt took us to look again and we found one. I would personally like to say "Thank You " to all the employees of the store. We were met with excellent customer service from every department. Matt Davis has been our go to person as he sold us our first RV. Extremely helpful and awalys professional. I highly recommend Matt! We will awalys be a repeat customer. I would recommend General RV in Ashland because they went above and beyond with customer service!

That said, I have to say that your labor rate is ridiculous, most likely comparable to elsewhere but as a hands-on person it’s incentivizing, I’m going to appreciate my own efforts more knowing what I am saving!

We loved the people!! Our sales guy, Greg, finance, Toni, and our lot girl were absolutely the best. Everyone was friendly, surprisingly honest and at no time made us feel like they were playing a shell game. When we decide to upgrade our trailer, we will be back to Dover to see Greg Greene.

Heather Leasure! Heather was our service advisor. She was very thorough, and we appreciated that! Heather listened, explained, and kept us informed about what was happening with the service on our coach. She contacted us with updates and we didn’t have to “ chase her down “ to get information about progress.
Brock, a technician there also was willing to work with us and answer questions. We appreciated him as well!
Everyone at General RV were very friendly and responsive to questions and concerns. I had a few things outlined from my independent inspection that were not addressed before I came to pick up the RV, however, before I left parts were ordered and an appointment was booked to get those items addressed.

The service, particularly the people providing the service was top notch. When I bought my Brinkley there I was told if I had a problem while camping I would be given priority to fix it. I really questioned if that would really be the case but you proved it to be true. That was a big deal to me. Everyone I dealt with were as helpful as possible.
