Everything. I was told to never buy from General RV because of bad rating, but we have not seen anything wrong, The way that we have been treated is the best. The service department did an amazing job with our RV, the sales person too and the finance person is excellent.

Allie and DJ were very helpful. The video walk-through was a better experience than I had anticipated thanks to the help provided ahead of time in mastering the technology. I was a bit disappointed when the trailer arrived with some of the things I had been cautioned to avoid in the video walk-through still in operation. The solar system was still turned on, thus the vehicle alternator and the solar panels were competing to charge the trailer batteries. The propane was also still turned on. The trailer also had a few minor discrepancies. The window shade in the door is broken as is the catch for holding the door open. All in all we are very pleased with the trailer and studying all the books to make everything work. I was also pleased with the insurance support received.

My RV was ready for pickup at the time agreed upon. The staff were professional in their communication with me.

The service team did an excellent job inspecting my Motorhome to determine the required repairs. They were professional and courteous, and made sure everything was working properly before I left. Scott M. took the time to explain the work completed and which repairs will require parts ordered. I look forward to his follow-up.

From calling and talking to Martin, to walking in the door to look at an RV we were interested in was nothing short of an exceptional experience. Martin was very professional, friendly and attentive to what our requirements were.

Mark, the sales manager and the whole sales team was amazing in working up a deal that suited our needs, from trade-insssss :) to closing the deal and it wasnt an easy one. They worked hard and quick and we are very happy with the deal.

Our walk-through with Jason was also exceptional, he took his time and made sure to show us everything and how it worked. Super friendly yet professional and knowledgeable.

This is our 5th RV purchase experience and by far the best, most painless and one we didnt feel like we were taken advantage of when we got home with our new coach.

We 1000% recommend General RV of Winter Garden and will let anyone around us know where to go when that are ready for their RV or Camper. Without question, they will be the first place we go if we decide to upgrade.

The delivery was the best part. Sales was kinda hard sell. Customer service so far is great. Haven't had a problem yet but we expect to get the same attention as the delivery was.

I want to start off by explaining my previous review and I want to clarify that Justin is GREAT to work with. All my needs and concerns have been addressed he is on top of everything with multiple calls weekly with updates along the way which we still are working though. I was up set when I wrote the review due to the work that was done by a tech not justin. Screws on the lower track, not completely flush grease and hand prints all over the slide out and silicone sealant all over it just looked like it was gobbled on there and I was pretty upset so that’s why I wrote what I did. Justin was not there when I took delivery of the camper he was off. after speaking with Justin. We talked about everything he made everything right and I know and he assured me that this wouldn’t have happened if he was there so after our conversation, I am happy with the results and he is a great service tech to work with.
