My Service Advisor, Amanda, is extremely organized, knowledgeable, and efficient. She does an excellent job of keeping things moving and, when needed, brings in other members of the team who are equally helpful and professional. Chris at check-in, Kai in the shop, and the parts team have all been great to work with. It’s clear that customer service and teamwork are priorities throughout the service department.
Kristen in service is always so nice. She genuinely wants to help you and make things right.

Available late in the evening before a holiday weekend. Needed a motorhome filled with propane, they just needed the keys and took care of everything. Very friendly staff while I had the short wait for the propane.

This location of General Rv I would highly recommend to anyone for their service department. We dealt with Audrey and with Mike and they were extremely helpful, very polite and friendly, could not have been a better experience for us. We are sort of new at the RV experience, but we sure know where we are going to go for our service needs.
