Ollie was a very personable and precise in the tasks that needed to be done. Kept me informed via texts on where the fixing process was. Estimate was precise in the amount of time needed to repair. People seem to be concerned if you have been taken care of or had any questions.

We drove 316 miles to see a new Coachmen Beyond 22RB. We were surprised how nice, neat, clean and comfortable this dealership was. Professional and felt welcome for sure. They make you feel like you are MVP's and followup even after the sale. Every need was answered all along the way and I only wish it was closer to us in Tonawanda, NY

My service representative is outstanding. Bonnie kept me informed during the entire service experience. She presented me with options for each of the repairs I was having done. I have used General RV for service 5 times. The last 4 times Bonnie was my rep and whenever I need service in the future I always ask for her. Thank you for a job well done.
