I wish I could remember the name of the young man at the parts/accessory counter but he was very helpful and pleasant to work with, we purchased what we came there for. We need more men like him in our work force! Thanks!

My experience with General RV was something different because i ask ChatGPT for RV trailer Dealers with the best reviews and the first one was General RV Dealers in West Palm Beach if i don’t mind to driving about an hour, so i drove to General RV and was a really good experience with everyone in the Dealership they was really good with customer service ,very friendly people and i Will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a RV or motor home, thank you for your time and service, thank you to everyone. The staff was amazing! Tony and then Crystal kept me up to date weekly, all of the items were fixed.
Vince communicated the issues I had with my RV much better than I did! His communication skills were exceptional and thorough. All the repairs (except the ones that needed parts ordered) were completed within a very reasonable timeframe. We love & appreciate General RV being in South Weber!
