From the time we walked in and met our salesman Jim Heflin we knew this was the place! The process was simple and efficient
Jeffery Garret and his team Were extremely easy to deal with and was a pleasure to use as a parts vendor. As a fleet and specialty vehicle repair facility parts are often one of the challenges faced on a day to day basis. this team made light work of a large order and kept everything flowing while providing status updates and clear expectations.
Ed Springborn and Blake (whose last name I unfortunately don't recall) made the purchase process of our new 2026 Brinkley Model G3970 very comfortable and pressure-free. Both were responsive to emails and text messages, and overall the sales experience was positive.
The only issue I encountered involved the addition of a washer, dryer, and fifth-wheel hitch after the financing paperwork had already been completed. To complete the purchase of these items, I used my American Express card. The issue was not the use of my credit card itself, but rather that I was charged a credit card processing fee that was never disclosed to me beforehand.
At no point did Michael Naylor, the finance representative, inform me that a processing fee would be added. In fact, I had previously used the same American Express card to place a $500 deposit on the trailer and was not charged any processing fee. Had I been informed in advance, I could have made an informed decision regarding payment options.
My concern is not necessarily the fee itself, but the lack of transparency surrounding it. When I raised the issue, I was simply told that it was a standard fee. There was no acknowledgment of the communication breakdown, no apology, and no effort to address the concern from a customer service perspective.
After spending nearly $200,000 on a new Brinkley RV, I expected a higher level of customer care. Even a simple apology or a small goodwill gesture, such as a parts department credit, would have demonstrated that customer satisfaction mattered.
I had read a number of negative reviews regarding customer service and post-sale support at General RV in Draper and hoped my experience would prove those reviews wrong. While this may seem like a relatively minor issue, the cold response and lack of concern for a customer's experience left a disappointing final impression on an otherwise positive purchase process.
Keith was super helpful, work with me side by side to resolve some issues with the coach. He delivered service as I would and was amazing. Unfortunately the coach ended up having some issues not able to be resolved an I've been at winnebago for a week and thdy are just now looking at it. Not the dealers fault. Thanks for the help.

Paul (salesman), John (Finance), and Phil (Walktrhough) were all fantastic. Each one was very knowledgeable and helped me a lot. Phil was very knowledgeable about everything on the 5th wheel I bought. Each was very kind and accommodating. I would recommend each person and General RV to anyone looking to purchase a new RV. Overall fantastic experience.
Missy kept me informed through the whole insuance claim process and answered all my questions. She was wonderful.
Brett also was a big help with problems with the Trailer that we had issues with from the start of our pick of the trailer on day one .

I like the company but dislike that it doesn’t seem to understand people buy RVs to travel. Any repairs can’t be diagnosed and repaired in timely manner. We suffered a month unable to put our slider out while traveling. What pain!

Warren kept me up-to-date on status of repairs. All things were fixed and done in a timely manner.

seemed really busy this Saturday, but the Parts Manager and the other associate (I believe they have the same name) did an excellent job answering phones and making sure customers were taken care of. I actually live closer to the Harrisburg location, but I will gladly continue making the longer drive because of the outstanding customer service at the West Chester location

Nick Williams took care of everything in his usual professional and friendly manner. Our unit was serviced while we waited and was done quickly within an hour. We were very satisfied with our experience at General RV in Clarkston.
I was able to get in within a day and my requested installs were completed quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful. I previously had an issue with brakes that turned out to be my truck, not trailer. The service department helped identify the problem and allowed me to leave my trailer there while my truck was repaired. They advised it would be dangerous to haul. The service department is awesome. I bought my RV there this year and am so happy I chose the Draper store. Can’t say enough great things about the service team.
