Our experience started off in the worst way. We explained our situation to Sales Manager, James. James did the unthinkable. He heard us. Understood what we thought the solution should be, then he made it happen. I would have never expected such amazing service. Overall great experience…starting from sales team, finance team at RV show, employees at the Elizabethtown location. The service team. All around we have been treated great any time we have there.
I explained my issues to my Service Rep Danny Browder as part of the diagnoses phase of repairing my RV. He listened and walked me through the process, gave me the good and bad feedback and expectations. While no one likes a broke RV and waiting for it, he kept me informed throughout the day as too its progress and I am now scheduled for the repair. Highly recommend Danny and my visit was very positive.

Both the Salesman and the Service department were incredible. The Service and Financial advisor was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We paid cash but the Service advisor gave us all options. The Service department was very clean and Organized.

The staff was very helpful checking in. Asked if I needed any help unhooking my trailer and offered to help when I picked it up. Kept me informed about the progress of my trailer repairs. Informed me of additional repairs needed.
Service advisor Heather has been great to work with. She’s very knowledgeable and will get the answers if/when she doesn’t know. Excellent communicator.

From the moment we walked in the door to picking up our new RV 2 days later I could not recommend General RV enough. I went Thursday to look at a used RV, Rusty was very patient as I looked at about 8 total. I brought my husband back up later that day and we found the new we loved which was not even one I looked at earlier that day. In an hrs time we set up our delivery date for 2 days later. Our show thru guy Bill was very thorough and paid attention to details we wouldn't have thought of. He showed us where Service was and explains how our first appt would go. Nothing I've seen any other where else. Our fiance guy Marty was a hoot and so easy to work with and honest up front. We met David H who thanked us and introduced himself before we left. The team got us the exact camper we were looking for within our price range. No hassle, no upsale, very helpful and informative. They even brought me and my kids lunch while we were in the waiting area as the technician hooked up the braking system on our van.
