We had an accident with our camper recently and it fell off the truck breaking the jack and damaging the hitch. We got to General RV in Clarkston with a few hours of the accident and they had us back on the road in an hour! Amazing work and exceptional customer service!

Sandra my service rep responded to my questions in a timely manner and got me scheduled when I could get there. She was flexible in scheduling my pick up time and reviewed a few things at checkout that I needed.

The service was top notch across the board… comms were on the same page… from our sales guy, Dan (Beemer) to Jeff W. to First name removed T. to Jim (orientation-guy) and all of the front desk staff… all good indicators of an excellent team.

I especially liked that a bent jack was identified during the pre-handover inspection, and Beemer called to inform us and let us know it would be fixed and replacement parts were ordered.

Amanda made the whole process pleasant and efficient! I am very appreciative that she was there to help me through making it simple.

The Techbician who walked us through the Blue Ox hook up and new braking system was great. The install was as we hoped. The Technician had all the answers to our questions.

He made the deal happen! The service department did everything they could to get things done. The RV looked beautiful and the detailers did a great job!!!

The entire team treated me like an old friend or family member. They genuinely cared that I got into the right rig for me at the absolute best deal possible. They helped me get out an old toy hauler that I was upside down on and not happy with. They were patient in showing me multiple coaches, some of the same a few times. In the end, I left a very happy camper thanks to Austin, the most amazing and interesting sales rep, and Alex, the best finance manager I've ever dealt with. Extremely resourceful and sincere. They got their colleagues, bosses, and bank all rowing together to give me the best experience I've ever had with this third RV purchase.

All items on my repair list were completed promptly
When i picked it up my battery was almost dead
The lights were left on in the bedroom. Had to wait till my tow vehicle charged it enough to use the jack
That happened the last time also (In August 2025)

Ever single person that worked there went out of thier way to say hi or can I help you or even just wave at us out in the lot. They really bent over backwards to make us happy. It was a great experience and it went smoothly. Communication was constant, if someone didn’t have an answer for us someone else called us right back.
I have never met a happier and pleasant salesman than Blake. We went to the Draper ut location. I can’t imagine any of the other facilities being any different.
