I’m always greeted with a smile and the team is very helpful and welcoming. Service advisors are always helpful, especially Megan who details the work that was done and answers the many questions that I have. She provides excellent communication throughout the process. I feel I’m in good hands with the entire staff. An additional shout out to George who has helped me with my specific Aqua hot water heater questions.
Service person, Heather, was very excellent. Clear communications and very thorough. Always were fully informed of all steps. This is our 7th RV since the first in 1970 so we do have experience. Probably the best experience of all.
