Process was pretty good. Bob was great. I like the fact that they are more of a national provider. I think that would help me on the road. I haven’t been to the service department for anything yet so I can’t comment on them, but otherwise, I would recommend the operation.

We worked with Jay and Sandy Mitchell. Both were extremely helpful and informative. Sandy made sure all of the parts were available, successfully handled the phone calls and paperwork with the warranty company, and was very thorough in making sure the repairs were done properly. She kept informed with the progress of the repairs throughout the day. She is top notch.

They worked to make the deal without playing games. Everything on pickup day was extremely well organized and respectful of our time.

Overall, the staff was very courteous. My only concern was that our sales rep went to an RV show in Tampa so the main office seemed short staffed which led to some communication issues when transferring paperwork to close our deal. Once we got beyond that everything went smoothly to get our Airstream off the lot. The staff was very competent and helpful. Overall, we had a good experience.
