The process was easy, and they even let me tow the camper before buying. We camped out in their lot over night and they re- winterized the RV before we headed home in the morning. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, kind.

Since we are not first time rv owners, we have our past experiences to compare with Jacksonville Gen RV. We were very impressed and pleased by our thorough walk through by Jason. His personal experience as an RV owner was very helpful in buying our 1st motor home. Our very experienced salesman Rick knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to help us decide on a new to us motor home.

Great customer service
Marcus Albrecht, our salesperson, LISTENED to what we were asking for. He did not give us often heard sales pitches. He showed us exactly what we wanted, did not waste our time, was completely knowledgeable about the rigs, and treated us fantastic. John, our finance person, saw us as people, not just "the next" customer to get through. The process was seamless.
We boigjt our coach in 2021 and have been coming for service since then, short 5 years. Back then it was called Independance RV. Last year or so, it was bought by General RV. I personally reside about 2.5 hrs from Winter Garden, and have a General RV store about 20 minutes from our home. I am happy to drive down for service . They are always on point, honest, accessible, helpful and accommodating. Even though the name change, people remain the same. The service is 2nd to none. Love the expansion , the new building with the future bays.

We bought our RV at the Chicago RV show through General RV. When we went for our walkthrough at the Huntley location we identified a few issues.
Sales Manager Mo Yusafi was extremely helpful and assured us that all items would be resolved and worked with us in exchanging some accessory parts and labor for one item that we felt might be better to leave alone than try to fix.
The entire experience was very positive due to Mo’s professionalism and customer caring attitude.

I bought a forest river 301 impressions brand new. Supposedly inspected by the factory and General RV. Got it home and started to find problems, fuse blown on awning fuses not marked correctly. Furnace not heating correctly , found hose not hooked to plentom bed did not work properly. We picked this up on the 27 th of February. Brought camper back after making appointment to do so on March 30 th. Authorizations were made to repair , but still waiting for repairs. In my mind after spending approximately 70,000.00 it would be a priority to get this resolved , I guess where I’m sitting I picked up a camper on the 27 th paid for it in full and now almost a month and a half later I still do not have what I purchased , Sorry if I’m out of line thinking this way

The repair work was good and we were kept informed of the progress.
They are willing to work with you when problems arise. I can’t even imagine working with another full service RV dealership.

The sales team including finance worked with me to get the RV that I wanted. The parts team helped me get that stuff that I needed at that time and the service department did an amazing job at giving me a thorough walkthrough of camper while installing a hitch that I purchased separately due to them not having the one I want them in stock. All in all it was a pleasant experience And if I'm ever due for an upgrade this is where I'm coming to get that upgrade.
