Knowledgeable and friendly staff
A salesman showed us the unit last fall. We loved it and I came back in and looked for it. Sold already. Met with another salesman since the guy that showed it to us last year had hopefully moved on to greener pastures. Told DJ what I wanted and he asked the higher ups. They contacted the manufacturer and they had one coming off of the line. A little money down and they had one on the way in 2-3 weeks. When I went to buy it, Dave gave me a very comprehensive tour of the unit. He took his time explaining things to me and letting me test everything. We found a couple of problems with it and I had to leave it there for them to repair the problem. Hopefully I will get it in a couple of weeks.

Everyone was so nice, we were looking in a used motor home and we looked at one and a few of the more expensive and newer ones, but they did not pressure us to go with the more expensive. They worked so hard at getting us the best financing. The overall experience was amazing I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy an RV.
Everyone was really nice and helpful
Sales persons were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Had us in the camper multiple times to make sure it would fit our needs. Showed it even though we werent sure about purchasing. Matt who did the walk through was amazing. The technician who added the sway and other things explained all of it.

I am grateful for the staff that I’ve interacted with a general RV. There were several people that stood out and I’d like to mention them beginning with Weston who helped us with the financing a very good loan, I feel as if he’s part of our family now I’d also like to mention the service advisor mrs. Natalie Simmons and Mr. Andy Andrews, who gave me some good tips on managing and caring for our new coach. I don’t know the name of the service manager. I found that he had a great sense of humor. Thank you very much general RV center.

April was great! Everything completed and being able to work remotely while waiting is a huge benefit!
First trip of the year and the bedroom slide would not retract. Contacted Brinkley, they walked me through manually retracting the slide. We were 2 weeks out of warranty. The customer service rep from Brinkley indicated that he would submit an exception request to have the problem covered by warranty once our dealer diagnosed and submitted a warranty request. I immediately contacted Sarah. She scheduled us for service the next day, which was a Friday. The problem was diagnosed and warranty claim submitted to Brinkley that very day. We had another trip scheduled for the following Friday. Between the great work of General RV Team and Brinkley the needed part was received, installed and all covered under warranty by Friday afternoon. We made our planned trip as scheduled. A big thank you to Sarah, the repair tech, your warranty team and all the folks at Brinkley RV for taking great care of us.
