My service advisor was Missy. She did an outstanding job understanding my needs, explaining how my work would be done, and keeping me informed. Can’t say exactly good things about Missy. Also, the parts manager Colleen went out of her way to figure out my needs for my tow break away cable. Also, she figured out I didn’t need a need a new tow hitch which saved me money. Lastly, Justin was my service tech and he went out of his way to do quality work in a short period of time.

I’ve owned my motorhome for almost 10 years and I have visited lots of service centers, your service center ranks way up there and I was very pleased with the work done. The waiting room was also top quality and everyone we met was very nice.

I was very impressed with my Service Advisor Jim Evan. He constantly kept me informed about all the repairs that needed to be done. He always kept me informed about status updates through email and text messages while my RV was being worked on. Extremely nice person, both him am I were Veterans who served in the Armed Forces. Very easy to work with and was always upfront with me about the final costs of the repairs. I would recommend him to anyone wanting great service on their RV. I give Jim a 10 out of 10 score. If I need future service with General RV of West Chester, PA, I will certainly ask for him.

I got there early and Sarah said no problem. We can get you started right now. Took approximately one hour to walk-through and detail everything. Same-day service, fast, friendly just a good overall experience.
