The technician (Samuel), seemed very knowledgeable. He was very helpful and friendly. The customer service personnel (Lucas) was also very friendly and accommodating after we arrived late to our appointment after having suffered a fender bender on our way there. This is the second time we had serviced our travel trailer there, and have not been disappointed.
I would definitely recommend them.
