My wife and I have been buying campers for close to 30 years. This was the first time that I have dealt with General RV. We had an issue with our camper when trying to drive it up to the Ohio location. They worked with us, and allowed us to drop our camper off at another General RV location in Richmond, Virginia. The camper that they promised was waiting for us when we arrived and the staff treated us like royalty. We were shown around to all departments that we would have to deal with in the facility, even though they knew we would be working with Richmond for service. One of their technicians, Greg, answered everyone of our questions as he painstakingly, went through the process of going over the entire rig. The entire staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in every way a customer would need. I would highly recommend anyone seeking to buy a new camper to look no further than General RV no matter what the location. My wife and I give this dealership five stars with no hesitation. This may well be the last camper we buy, it was nice to have things go so well! If we hadn’t met Mark down in Richmond at the RV show, this opportunity would’ve never come to light. There was no high press selling!!

No pressure sales! CJ was patient and educated us on the unique features of each coach. We left that first day to research our questions and come to a decision. Amber in delivery was exceptional as was Scott our rv mentor. Best was Linda in back office who worked with us on a last minute hiccup. Service after sale continues to be much appreciated.

From the first phone call with Manny which had me answer in-depth questions and the email appointment/what-to-expect reminder from Becky TO Tesla Dan and Larry, I knew I was in the right place. My friends will now hear about General RV.

Amanda kept us informed, provided good advise for working with the manufacturer, had technicans discuss the pros and cons of repair options, and never pressured us into a decision. Additionally, her personality makes her a perfect customer service representative.

Appointment was scheduled and when I arrived was taken promptly on time. An estimate was given to me when I made the appointment. A more cost effective method was suggested at my appointment time which save me a far amount of money. All were courteous and friendly. My only complaint was there was no fresh popcorn as my appointment time was late afternoon. The showroom and waiting area was clean and comfortable while I waited for service to be completed.

Erica & Brandon went over the top to help my wife & me. Way helpful. Super awesome
They helped me figure out the best options on new Air conditioners. I had ordered done at the Tampa show but they were not a good for my wants.
I am very pleased 😀 with what we have now.

Same day service with a thermostat issue with the entire four heating and cooling systems and their controls at a fair price.

From the time of my appointment check in until I walked out the door I was kept updated with how my RV’s inspection and repairs were coming along. I was afforded the opportunity to see what caused my problem and how it would be repaired.
I honestly did not expect same day service but I was pleasantly surprised when the service advisor led me to the very comfortable waiting room.
I never give 10’s as I know no one is perfect including myself. Thank you.
