Andrew Currier and Matt Tjaden have been absolutely amazing, and we don't know what we would have done without them. We ran into several issues during our first year owning our brand new fifth wheel, and Andrew has been by our side the entire time as our service advisor. He is a great listener, works hard to provide answers, and always ensures everything is resolved and that we feel heard.
Matt was the first person we met in the service department, and his RV knowledge is incredibly impressive. He is always willing to help, truly listens to concerns, takes the time to explain things clearly, and works diligently to find a resolution.
Andrew and Matt go above and beyond as the perfect team. Because of them and the entire service department, we would highly recommend General RV.

TJ, sales associate, was knowledgeable about all the rigs we toured. Took several days and tour of several RV companies, but we kept coming back to General RV. Ultimately we chose a 44' Montana. We owned a Reflection during Covid. The service during covid was sub par so the decision to go with General RV was not made lightly. They assured us changes were made. We'll hold them to that. Thank you TJ and the sales team!

Jake who did our walkthrough and demonstration of the trailer was also phenomenal, super friendly guy with all the information you could ask for about your trailer!

Bought our RV at Dover General location. The morning we showed up at Dover to buy 4 techs were trying to make repairs on the RV electrical systems.We left there being told everything was working perfect. Get home, we found out RV had major electrical issues. We soon took it into W. PALM General RV. The whole crew at WPB General were great to us. Professional, kept us informed, and pleasant to work with. I want to give special thanks to Rebecca and Scott Slicker, they were outstanding in helping solve our issues. The crew at WPB turned our sour experience after leaving Dover into feeling like we can now enjoy our New Coach!
