Service Advisor Crystal and technician Eric, listened to my explanation of the electrical issue with the camper as well as personal attempts to address the problem. Eric was able to diagnose the system and identify the issue promptly. Fortunately he was able to expediently repair the problem. Thank you both for your excellent customer service!
