Timely and clear communication regarding the warranty work being done. Brett was super! The attention to detail was out standing. General RV is the only dealership we plan to work with for service and future rv purchases.
We ordered our rv from Terrytown in Grand Rapids and what an awful experience. We have the Terrytown sticker covered up with a General RV sticker-Thank you!

Our service writer Bonnie was great! Kept us updated the whole day! And everything was completed that day! Although it took a very long time for the parts to come in, a couple of months, it was overall an easy process.
